Traditional Banh Mi Thit was the BOMB!!! Enough vegetables so that the sandwich wouldn't be too dry. I wolfed that sandwich down so fast. And the price, are they breaking even after expenses? Thank you Google maps for this great find.

I love coming here for sandwiches to grab for picnics. I call ahead to order on the phone and then just come in for a quick pick up. Orders are usually finished within 10 minutes by the time I drive there, they're done and ready! The plaza is pretty busy, but it's convenient since there's a grocery market and a bunch of restaurants and boba shops if you want to pick anything else up. There's not much in terms of service, but the prices are really inexpensive so you shouldn't expect to be treated like a 5-star hotel, haha. PS. if you like spicy, you can ask for extra peppers, they jalapenos have a good kick to them.
