Dunkin'

Flithy store (tables, floor, windows). I asked if a table could be cleaned I was told they will clean at later time. Staff are wearing masks but not covering both nose and mouth so whats the point. Staff were trying to force a customer with a large donut order to purchase "filled with pride"donuts. She was visibly upset by it and he continued to insist. Staff members were rude and short with incoming customers and how do I know because my order of 3 sandwiches and two drinks took atleast 5 mins. Thats a lifetime with only one customer ahead of me (lady with the donuts).

I went in there today around 10:45am to 11:am and the Lady was very unpleasant this is not the first time , I stop going there for a long time since I had an appointment I decided to give it a try NOPE same lady again and than there was an employee mopping or sweeping behind the corner which I find disgusting while the donuts were out in the opening not sealed or covered... What happened to the older guy and lady that were always so pleasant, respectful 🙏🏽 and sweet.

I love the guy in the afternoon and evening . He makes my iced coffee and sandwiches perfect. Now if I go in before he is working its a totally different experience-orders are wrong or items missing and iced coffee not even close to the same. The young girl working there could care less. Today I ordered my coffee and asked 2x for doughnuts she just ignored me as she was to busy talking to a co worker.The same girl who last week didnt even make my sandwich for an order placed on their app. Then when I asked for it she made it wrong-3 ingrediants and she made it wrong -come on. Yesterday ordered 2 sandwiches both wrong again. Guess they dont need more $$$ and make the sandwich the way they want it. Today ordered a sandwich with no egg. Of course it had an egg on it and a hair gag!!!

I wish I would have read the reviews before entering this establishment. I walked in here Saturday morning and 2 out of 3 staff workers had their mask on their chin. I asked the woman to please put her mask on. She said I’m working over here( the coffee and food side, not donut side) and the man immediately put his on. She then put hers on. My husband refused to buy anything. I wish I had too but, had promised to pick up some coffee and did not have time to stop somewhere else ( bad decision on my part) From other reviews , it sounds like this is a common occurrence. These establishments need to FOLLOW THE RULES!! The public should not have to be the MASK POLICE!! It made me very uncomfortable to ask the lady to put on her mask. I regret purchasing anything and wish I would have just walked out!! I will not go back to this Dunkin Doughnuts again! WEAR YOUR MASK!!
