Prices were crossed out on menu. Asked girl what the prices were and she didn't know. Are we supposed to order and be surprised when the bill comes?

Had a great server named Belle, she was respectful to me being there with my boyfriend by speaking to me first, making eye contact with me, and not trying to be cute and flirty (like some) even though she's very pretty. She also did a great job with our order and always checking in if we needed any
Very rude owner. Cussed at my family last 2 Sundays and this past Sunday he actually threw a drink on my son-in-law. This guy is a terrible person and worst owner. Clean your kitchen and change the oil in your fryers. It’s disgusting. If you’re not cleaning that stuff I’m willing to bet you’re not cleaning your keg system either. Someone’s going to get sick.
Very dirty. Service was bad. The whole time we were trying to eat and hold a conversation the manager and another customer were standing next to our table, with their butts in our faces, talking over top of us drowning out our conversation.
I live closer to the New Castle location but the service or quality of food is not as great as this Newark location. Whether I get take out or dine in, the staff is pleasant and the food is always good. In fact the very first time I had Hooters was at this location and I've been hooked ever since.
