I was just handed this cup full of pressed soil water (taste and visual) instead of a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. Notice how the app says sold out? I figured that out after the fact. This is absolutely unacceptable.

This location has gone downhill. The wait for inside for mobile orders is ridiculous. I saw one of the Barista's start and stop making my drink at least 2 different times to work on something else. Furthermore, I saw them drop the whipcream container on the floor, nozzle hitting the ground. They di
