Worst customer service ever .. my sister and I entered wasn’t anyone in the store but us .. was never greeted. I was on the phone taking my sons order and turnt around to the counter where two dark skin employees was standing . Asked for a certain ice cream and a light skin women came from the back
I love Cold Stone, always have. They waste so much ice cream n toppings. They mixed mine and it was plenty left after filling my cup. Instead of giving it to the customer, they toss it which makes no sense. You see this over and over. They would probably get nice tips if they gave the extras away.
Came here with my son this evening. It was pretty packed but considering the time it usually takes to get through orders with the way they make it, they got it done in fairly reasonable time. The Peanut Butter Cup Perfection is addicting to the point where it should almost be illegal. Seriously,
Ice cream was good but the customer service sucked. Really felt like a nuisance coming in to purchase ice cream . They didn’t even bother giving eye contact. I love cold stone but next time I’ll just go to Wawa or brusters down the street.

4 star for a smile service and still delish ice cream. The place needs update. It dosent have the look of a typical cold stone creamery.
