Papa Johns Pizza

My wife ordered our pizza as I was walking out of the door. I heard her give my name, and the order. She also asked about a coupon, and they were giving her a hard time because the coupon did not have a code on it. When I showed up to the store, they said there was never an order placed. So they didn’t make the pizza, because they wanted to see the coupon. Then once the old guy saw the coupon, he then put my order in, and I waited 30 minutes for my pizza. It was a horrible experience, and I will never go back to that location again.

I am so disappointed. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and a beef pizza and they both came with bacon on them. I wish it would have been specified on the menu that they put bacon on their pizza maybe it should have said Hawaian bacon pizza or beef pizza with bacon cause I don’t eat pork. I usually just order cheese pizzas and I took a chance this time...never again.. and I won’t order from here again. Just threw 30.00 in the trash.thanks a lot. Sandra

This is the worst customer service we have ever dealt with!!!! Two of the employees that work there should be fired!!!!😡Not to mention horrible food!!! Here is our story: My daughter ordered online for pick up my husband said let me try a cheesesteak papadias without peppers or onions and when we received it there were extra peppers & onions and about a tablespoon of dried up steak and it looked like it had a bite already out of it! So he tried to call them and was put on hold for 15+ minutes so he decided to ride back there and return it for a new product or get his money back. When he gets there they aren’t that busy so he waits & waits & waits for someone to ask him how they can help. He starts to explain and the clerk said he would have to wait another 15 minutes to talk to someone. So my husband who is a very patient man waits but now it’s been over an hour since placing this order and he still doesn’t have his food or money back. So he tossed the food on the counter and tells them to keep the piece of sh** that they are trying to make him eat. At this time the clerk comes from the back room and verbally attacks my husband and tells him not to throw his sh** on his counter and comes to hit my husband and he then throws the food at my husband. The other clerk there that day comes and stops him from hitting my husband which we are thankful for but then he turns to my husband and says “get out get the f**k out”! He should be fired or at least suspended this isn’t how you talk to customers by telling them to get out and using profanity. So my husband left without his money or food cause he isn’t a trouble maker. He comes home and we call corporate and the first representative (Mark) tells us he can’t help us so we ask for his supervisor and she says we will be refunded our money and this will be taken care. This was on Monday and still haven’t heard anything. I have worked in work in customer service for many years and if I did what these 2 did I would have been fired and that’s what needs to happen to them! Bottom line I will never give Papa John’s another dime of our money even if we were starving!😡😡😡😡😡
