The 3 star is really for service. It was slow slow slow. We waited for a while for our drinks from the bar. Even though we were at a table some of us and friends went over to the bar and got drinks right away. We waited for our food.. waited for our check. And our table never got cleared once. The food was great the drinks was great but service was slowwwwww. Was not busy Bathroom was dirty. Got here around 230.. leaving at 445 .

Great staff here mozzarella sticks was so delicious and cheesy I had to get the orders of them the happy hour is very fair drinks are good I had a Diddy on the beach 🏖️ which was very needed now I'm an about to destroy this Cajun chicken and 🍤 pasta which I recommend and will be leaving a nice tip for Kayla she was our waitress tonight she is very professional and keeps you smiling I would also recommend her because how hard she works and to keep you satisfied

We had a party of 8 last night (Friday Feb 25) for a birthday. The first two restaurants we went to treated us terribly while trying to be seated so we left and didn’t know what to do. So one of us in the party called TGI Fridays and a man who answered said they would be able to take care of us. As soon as we get there 15 minutes later we got sat within two minutes. The food was quick to come out, the waitresses (one waitress and one very lovely trainee) were SO attentive and kind and wonderful and the food was perfect for all of us. We always eat out as a family to celebrate birthdays and after our amazing service last night, we’ve decided to make TGI Fridays our go to. Thank you for saving the birthday dinner and for making us feel like human beings, we are grateful!

We don't eat here very often but when we do it is always good the service is great it was $40 for 2 people which isn't to bad and never to crowded unless you go on a Friday or Saturday night

I haven't always been a big fan of TGI FRIDAYS, but there's no arguing with our service tonight. The waiter did a great job, the wings and our giant Cobb salads were excellent, and my son enjoyed his bacon cheeseburger.

It's just okay. Appetizer was the best part of the meal. My son didn't like the chicken fingers, and my chicken sandwich was mediocre. Our drinks ran out, didn't get a refill till right before the check was brought out. Applebee's is definitely a better choice.

I used to think that TGI Friday’s has the best steaks and ribs with Jack Daniels sauce but last night the waitress talked me into getting the $14.99 meal so I was able to get steak and ribs together. The steak was so tough I had to spit it out 3 times and the ribs were not good either. Very dried up!! It was like the meal was sitting out for awhile. And I have had both your steaks and ribs and they used to be good. I wasn’t impressed at all. And it wasn’t that crowded and had to wait a while for our food.

Great waiter staff , great food that came in a timely manner. Was taken great care of by our waitress. Place was clean an had a good ambiance. Would recommend to friends and family.

They always have great food. We were seated quickly and our waitress was fast taking our order and our food coming out. The reason why I'm giving a four star is because the table was EXTREMELY sticky all over. I got a chicken quesadilla and it was good but could of got more chicken inside. Each one I ate there was one piece of small chicken. Other then that everything was good.

I will never visit that establishment again. The food was delivered an hour after being ordered. The food was not delivered at the same time, and the waitress was not friendly. I will never go back to that TGIF Again.

This use to be my favorite place to take my kids but lastnight was terrible...when we finally got to our table there was dirty dishes on the table the waiter who brought our bread out through the tray on the table and the butter went everywhere when they finally brought our food out they served me this yellow liquid i guess it was suppose to be honey mustard didnt even offer us a bag for our doggy trays smh it will be a long time before i go back there...nasty

3 stars literally only because my fried food came out fried. Anna needs to be taught server basics like smile, listen, and how to not make guest uncomfortable. It's horrible my girlfriend didnt want to ask her for anything because she felt like we were unwanted. Im a server and i dont care what a table orders or how small the check the tip comes from the experience and i feel the bit we left was still generous. We specifically only remembered having her begire due to her repetitive skills as a server. Also the young male manager with the baby pony tail thing is to inexperienced with customer service. Sorry to bash it but hopefully if enough people do things will turn around. Proud olive garden worker we take care of ours. #Elkton #AskForRed im a trainer, service professional, and server

Great food and customer service.
My cheeseburger was the best I had in a while. The sweet potatoes fries were delicious. My friend had the shrimp and they were good.
The service staff was very attentive.

There is no reason we should have to wait over 15 minutes for a seat when half your restaurant is empty and your staff is standing at the front doing nothing. We walked out because we were on a time limit. This is not the first time we had to walk out of your establishment either.

Food was good, service was terrible. Server messed up on one of three orders and didn't ask us if we wanted drink refills. When I got bill I was charged for wrong meal and the correct one. I was also charged for refills that I had to ask for. Once I gave server my credit card, it took over ten minutes to get my card back. It was a Thursday evening and wasn't busy.

Worst service ever! Bar tender was the nastiest girl I have come in contact with. Took over an hour for food to come out. Won't be back.
