Excellent place delicious visiting some friends in Delaware from Jersey went to purchase a car at Martin's Mazda was referred by the salesperson Aaron H. Excellent referral delicious, everything came out perfect great atmosphere great service Mary hands-down excellent woman what a waitress, Martin's is the place to buy a vehicle🚗🚙 and Timothy is the place to eat and hang👍🍔

I loved the Tobin sandwich and so did my boyfriend. We will definitely be coming back. Our waitress Brooke was also very nice.

We went to celebrate my best friend's birthday last night. There were four adults and my 4 year old son. The food was amazing (I had the chicken chesapeake because I saw it on the menu and hadn't had it in so long and wanted to try theirs...it's delicious and a huge portion) and the service was impressive. All of the other adults had the all you can eat crab legs, before they would be done for the season. Our amazing waitress, Gabby, had them coming out so quick and freshly steamed for them! She anticipated when they needed more butter, etc and asked me if I needed a box for my leftovers before I had a chance! This was the first time since things have opened back up that I honestly felt normal at a restaurant. Gabby was very instrumental in this! We had such a memorable experience. Thank you!

Quick in and out to wait for take out... and still great as always. Had drinks served quick and bowl of Seafood Chowder while we waited. Delicious! And the take out Build Your Own Burger and Reuben was hot and as expected. Yum!

The service was great the food was good a little expensive but it was a good atmosphere I'd go back if I'm in the area

If I'm in 100 miles of Tims on a Sunday ..I'm going here for football. Every game is showing. And the food is unbelievable! The experience is what I want, the service is beyond what I could even ask for. They genuinely want to make sure you have a great time to go along with your great meal.

Pub atmosphere in a relaxing, wooded creek setting. Good food, friendly service, good prices. Lively bar.

Walked in this morning for lunch and to get homework done. Was greeted by three awesome staff members: Maddie, Liz, and Andrea. I had Maddie today as my server and she was AWESOME! Very personable and knew her stuff. Started off with the French Onion Soup: what made it amazing was the addition of the Parmesan cheese. Second, I had the Wings and Things app, which was a combo of their wings, a third of a rack of ribs, bruschetta, and onion rings: Incredible. I then asked about the Bison Burger, which is what I went for because I am a HUGE fan of the wild game. When I got it, I noticed a small hair on the edge of my plate (probably an eyelash hair) but no big deal. As a server in the industry, it happens all the time. I brought it to Maddie's attention, who was able to get a manager involved and effectively fixed the situation by getting me a new burger: best bison I have had in a while. Finished off with the Chocolate Lava dessert: YUM. Maddie's service was one of the best I have had at a Timothy's and I hope she is here when I come back! Even though for the small hiccup with the burger, Maddie, Liz, and Andrea made me feel at home and comfortable and I will be back to Timothy's cause of that. Thank you!

Their food is great. Have the best happy hour Prices. Premium draft beer is $3.00 their rail cocktails are $2.50 to $3.00. Margarettas (delicious) are $5.00. Happy Hour menu to very good.

My first time eating at Timothy's of Newark was this past Friday and the food was excellent. Our waitress, Angel was all around awesome! She was pleasant, funny, and all around an amazing person. Thanks for a great first experience! Would recommend to anyone :)

The toben sandwich was great with BBQ sauce! I loved the sweet potato tots. The dip sampler was great too. The crispy chicken salad was confusing.. A weird mix... Do not recommend. Overall 6/10 experience!

We had a birthday party for my husband's 80 th birthday at the upstairs room at Timothy's in Newark DE. We met with them about 3 weeks prior to the event to pick the menu and make arrangements for the set up. When we got there everything was running smoothly. Everything we ordered was presented beautifully. Nothing we asked for was too much. Everyone complimented the room, the food and the waitstaff. I would definitely recommend Timothy's to anyone for a party.

Took over 1 hour to get an undercooked burger. The only reason I gave a 3..our server Liz was awesome!

Attended a party upstairs, awesome ! Bartenders very good and so we’re the bloody Mary’s yum! Will definitely go back to this place !

I went to Delaware on vacation three months ago and my friend took me there. I loved their food, excellent service and their margaritas are sooo good. I definately recommend this place

Tim, our waiter, was very personable and if he didn't know an answer about the menu he went and found out pdq for us. Food was good and arrived promptly.

Average seafood chowder, but kickass salmon BLT & ice cold draft beer! Plus a friendly li'l bartender! I'll be back!
