Horrible experience, 2 girls, 1 guy and no customer around, Not greeted. Literally waited about 3 min and it’s as if I’m not there please get these kids a manager. 7:30pm

I’ve order is wrong every time. It’s been 3 times now. Either missing. Or just completely wrong. Bad. Melted.

Ordered 2 very simple sundaes for delivery. Opened it up with the toppings on both completely mixed up. One was a peanut butter sundae and instead of peanut butter sauce was drenched with caramel sauce and missing the 2 other ingredients to make the Sundae. Basically paid for vanilla ice cream drenched in caramel. Horrible. There’s a better location down the road do yourself a favor and visit that one.

I went to carvel to get my kids some ice cream. This customer left the store and then return a few minute later stating she was given the wrong icecream. The MANAGER dump the icecream she returned into the icecream bucket to resell rather than throw it in the trash. I will never go there again.

Wednesdays are supposed to be Buy One Get One Free Sundaes. The menu says "with your choice of Ice Cream." Unfortunately it is not. They should be more specific with their menu and their marketing. The manager would not honor it even though it was obviously for my four year old. When I thanked him and told him that I'd rather not order anything he shrugged his shoulders as he restocked his freezer and sarcastically wished me a good night. That is not my only bad experience in this location. Just sad that this is what officially made me realize I should never come here again.

I ordered a peanut butter cup sundae dasher and they gave it to me with caramel instead of peanut butter sauce. Since when does caramel go with a peanut butter cup sundae? When I asked about it they made it sound like that how the sundae is supposed to be. I always order this when we go to Carvel and I have never had it with caramel. Doesn't make any sense to me and it kind of really irritated me.

This is my number one Ice cream store I always buy there for my son and I. I know half of the staff And they are wonderful today I placed an order through the phone I known they don’t take orders through the phone but this time I had to for my little boy I was crossing my fingers that they will take it. I had Brianna in the phone and she was the best she made my son happy thank you Brianna see you soon 😊

Not happy with this location I brought in a coupon buy one get one and was told it's only for the small I go to South Orange Livingston and other locations and never have they limited my selection but I wanted ice cream so I said ok I thought well it's cheaper according to the menu it's $3.79 so whatever when I got my credit card statement she charged me $5 that's what I pay in a better area for a large so I pointed to the menu and was told that's just ice cream you bought a sundae. I'm going to stick to areas where they do NOT CHEAT the customers. I've been to several locations and that price on the sign is the price for the sundaes which is why there's more than 1 price. Shame on you Carvel for cheating me I'll never come back to that location again
