Silver lightning: Read it all if you have two minutes to spare.
We got to the gate hungry and with a 19-hour trip ahead. There were only two places to eat: a minimarket to get sandwiches or the nice-looking pizza restaurant. After checking the budget, we decided to make an effort and have the pizza because it looked good. I entered the place and stood there for almost 10 minutes trying to get someone's attention. I even asked and I was rudely ignored. I felt so frustrated I had to go for the sandwich option, but I was reluctant to surrender to bad service. I decided to talk to the manager. I was told she was actually in the minimarket (apparently she manages both places). I went in and asked for her, and there came this sweet lady. As soon as I told her I had a complain about the pizza place, she immediately walked me back there and said she would take care of it. This angel is called Ms. Denise. We went in, and the male server (see photo attached) immediately came to offer his service. I don't know what she told him, but she went straight to the furnaces and had the pizza I wanted ready in 6 minutes free of charge. Even though that was not what I intended, I appreciated so much the fact that she took our opinion seriously. I hope I can see her again one day to let her know how valuable she made me feel. 💫🍕

Although there were so many people and the waiter was obviously really stressed, He tried to give us the best possible Service. Of course it is sort of expensive at the airport but we really liked the meat and cheese platter and the Pizza Margaritha. I don’t unterstand the bad rating.

The mushroom pizza was very tasty, full of cheese with extra cheese and olive oil on top. For $17 at an airport it’s good. They also give free soda refills.

The worst service in the world. I do not recommend…We have placed an order. After 40 minutes we asked where our pizza was. The waiter was surprised and asked if we had ordered at all. We said yes, at his friend's. He went to talk to her and there was no explanation. We waited another 5 minutes and just left.

The waiters didn't want to know nothing about my meal vouchers from United after been hours in the airport for a flight cancellation. They just exposes that u need a phisical receipt instead the QR in my mobile phone. I also assure that they can type down all the data from the card that is vinculated to the voucher. Finally when I call the manager and ask for the complaining sheets they acceded to serve the meal. In the shop just in front "ironbound" they help me a lot and encourage to insist for my meal here.

Place is clean, service is friendly but food is below average. Margherita pizza was sour. Also, I don't think gratuity should be calculated on a bill plus Tax.

Got the mushroom pizza without a single mushroom. The service was extremely rude. Was told, “We got good news and bad news. The bad news is that we didn’t have mushrooms. The good news is that we put extra oil on”. I paid for my beer and left.
