I’ve been to many 7/11’s because of work. This 7/11 is truly the worst place I’ve ever been. 1)employees seem to go out of their way to be rude to the customers 2)the employees try to be unhelpful and even outright lie to customers just so they don’t have to do work 3)truly the filthiest establishment, not just for a 7/11, I’ve ever been. 4)Worst of all this particular 7/11 has been this bad for as long as I’ve known of it This location should be shut down and every employee fired, because it’s not one bad apple but every employee there seems like they’re trained to chase people out and not sell anything just so they can sit on their phone or chitchat. Anything except sell food and drinks

Manager tried to charge me a price that differed from price shown the the new refill cup. He proceeded to tell me I don't have to pay the price the register is show nor will he adjust the price. I told him I rather buy a regular coffee. As i proceeded to go the coffee section. He sent a security officer that's undercover. A lightskin male who proceeded to block my way. I told the gentleman that I'm going to grab a coffee the manager then proceeded to tell me to leave the store. All because they wanted to charge me extra for a coffee. The security in particular was extremely aggressive with his tone and demeanor. I told him he has no reason to speak to me aggressively. He told me stop talking big and as I left tried to pick a fight with me. It's bad enough having to avoid the homeless and drug addicts in front of the location we now have have to worry about hoodlums and thugs as security trying to force fights with verbal aggression.

HORRIBLE!!!!! They treat and y’all to people any kind of way! They had an item advertised as one price but a more expensive price came up at the register. When I asked about it he simply said do I want it or not then I asked for the manager he called the security guard and said I was “bothering” him ! I would NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN THIS PLACE, They do what they do because they think the money will come anyway! They don’t have to worry about me again and I’m telling everyone I know not to shop there either!
