Descent service area. Very busy and decently long lines to the restaurants the day I went, but it was the day before new years eve. Good to stop in and use the bathroom and grab a cup of coffee and keep it moving.

I had a discount for a spicy chicken sandwich and stopped at this location. The drive-thru was ridiculous so went inside. They were busy there too but it went at a decent pace. When I got to the front the lady took my order of the spicy chicken and a small fruit punch. It took a few minutes and when it came out the other lady gave me the sweet and sour I asked for. I grabbed my food and left. I dug in in the car and the sandwich was ok, more spicy then I thought. An ok experience for a quick bite.

My sister placed a order through their website to get the food delivered that was the worst mistake to ever do. I called the store the lady on the phone said who delivered it has nothing to do with them but they are the ones that charged her. I arrived at the store with everything in these photos and asked to speak with a manager very politely however when the young lady asked the manger to speak with me she said “what do you want” while looking at me sideways. I explained everything to her and she said “oh well I told you that it’s not through us” yea I have screenshots of the conversation I had with DoorDash and they said it’s through Wendy’s. The only person that was actually able to help us out was the general manager I believe and she was more polite than the other lady. Worst place to order from using any mobile app it’s less stressful to just come in person because if they mess up the order then can get that corrected right then and there. For everyone else who order online from them save yourself the trouble go to the store because if it ends up being wrong they won’t fix it once you leave the store.

Ordered online for pickup then when I reached to the restaurant the security told me drive through only…I don’t even drive then when I went to the window to tell them about my order, the manager refused to listen to me. I now have no food and no refund. I’m calling the restaurant to tell them about the situation and no one is picking up.

They got my order wrong. I spoke with a manager over the phone who advised me to return and they'd be sure to give me the correct order and a coffee. I returned and received a completely different breakfast sandwich than what the manager assured me I would receive. It was not free, it costed my time, gas which = money... only to be intentionally given something other than what I ordered and what I paid for. The Newark Wendy's on Springfield Avenue's customer service skills and operational practices need immediate improvement. I just kept hearing how great their new breakfast line is...I regret trying it. Won't happen again.

Management talks to employees and customers as if they are better than both parties. Workers get unfair treatment, work like slaves to get paid close to nothing with no benefits but managers go on vacation every other week. They let men in the woman’s bathrooms “because the mens bathroom isn’t working”. Very poor work environment.

My chicken sandwich was cold and did not taste good at all. My medium size drink was water down and was nasty i will never again buy food from this wendy's location ever. 🤢🤮

Usually my order is good but recently I ordered Uber eats and a baconator fries and 10 piece chicken nuggets were missing I called the store and they said we’d need to come pick it up after we already paid Uber eats $8 for delivery I paid $17 for my order and only got $9 worth of food plus it took an hour long to get my food since it was really busy.
