Nice big United terminal

UNITED AIRLINES IS VERY BAD: Terminal C is good . Customer care at united Airlines counters are less in number. They punish people for long hours and long lines if you need customer care help you are done waiting long hours. They need reform.
United Airlines staff is merciless to listen to customer needs.
I was allowed two bags on Lufthansa Airlines on12.06.22 on flight UA7768 EWR - London, still they arm twisted refused to issue boarding pass and charged extra $ 100 on 2nd checking baggage. Even after showing the ticket clearly mentioned 2 check -in baggages allowed.
They did not listen to my prayers.
Landing at Mumbai loged complain for which they gave tracking No.37517642. 15 days passed they have not credited funds in to my account. Next time you book United Airlines think of getting robbed by armtwist.

Great terminal for United. The terminal is spacious with lots of seating arrangement with multiple charging ports in every table.
There are a lot of eating options and a few shopping options as well. The food is expensive. For budget travelers I would suggest eating at Wendy's, Starbucks, and Dunkin

The worst part about flying back to Europe is going through security at US airports. What a joke - The security treat you like trash and clearly think they have all the power in the world.

One of the worst airports stateside, especially Terminal C..Terminal A and B may not be very big and have limited food options but are much easier to navigate and get in and out of. Terminal C worst! don’t be surprised if you wait an hour for baggage on a consistent

Food options could be a little better in the arrivals area, but in general its clean and tidy. Service is very good.

Every seat at every bar and restaurant in this terminal has an obnoxious menu & ordering tablet in front of it. The service staff spend their hours apologizing about the obnoxious tablets, teaching travelers how to use them, and operating them for customers who can't figure them out. If you're ever lucky enough to complete an order, you get to enjoy your meal with a bright screen blasting commercials into your retinas while one person after another learns how to use the ridiculous things.
