Zaro's Family Bakery - Newark - Photo album

Today is St. Patrick’s Day and I usually stop in here at Penn for a coffee and bagel and sometimes buy dozen of bagels to bring to work. But this morning I stopped in to bring some St. Patrick’s Day cupcakes and they were not fresh. I bought 6 cupcakes little green frosting on them regular size $18.
The CS here is excellent. Everyone I have ever spoken or that has served me are always are polite and pleasant. The pastries/breads, etc are FRESH and delicious, ALWAYS. The hot food on the other hand isn't that great. If you are rushing or not from the area and hungry then I suppose it will do, but
I had the exilerating experience of receiving the most impeccable customer service from an individual by the name of Lisa during my visit at Zaros eatery in Newark Penn Station. If ure ever n that area please put up a snack r 2 from Zaros especially is working.
Very fresh bagels, friendly service.
This is the most filthiest bakery that I have ever seen so far. I saw a fly go on the white and chocolate frosted donut and I told the female worker there about it as I was about to make my order in the morning and she just waved her hand at it nonchalantly and didn't even throw the donut away. And
Disappointed they didn't have anything available to eat for Passover week or have any knowledge. I mean it's a Jewish establishment..... Very disappointed
Just crazy so many people on the line amd only one person take caring them. I took forever i only wanted a muffing nothing else but they couldn't give it to me. How hard is grab it and then give it to me. Instead they said i have to do crazy line is the penn station we are on a rush. To slow.
The cakes suck and the price is just exorbitant! It seems they sell stale cakes that rats have discarded
