Great local "dive" bar restaurant. Food is surprisingly really great bar food.
The employee garlic shrimp was phenomenal. Our group mostly had burgers which looked incredible. I had the chicken sandwich with a side of buffalo sauce. The sauce was incredible.

Krugs is a hometown favorite known for their burgers - everyone has heard of this place but surprisingly many people have not gotten around to going.
Definitely take a moment out of your day to stop by and see what the hype is about, you will not be dissapointed.

Truly the best burger in NJ!!! At least of all the places I have been... 😉 Great ambiance for everything, including the patrons and the Raging Bull memorabilia. Jack La Motta is alive and well inside Krug's.
Who runs the world? GIRLS!!!! I went to Krug's last night about 630pm. It wasn't packed but it was busy and constant. Between the phone orders and the patrons, it was nonstop. There were only two (2) female workers. And they put in work. Their service and attentiveness NEVER missed a beat through
Always the juiciest tastiest burgers 🍔 anywhere. Fries were a bit dry but the burger made up for it.

Krug’s has been on my bucket list for years. Picking up my son at Newark Liberty was the perfect chance to stop by. Like many others have said - superior burger. And, you get attentive and friendly service with cheap prices. You’re just not gonna find a better burger in the area.
