They do their best it gets backed up sometimes but that's normal for any fast food business the employees are always nice to me and respectful 😊 as far as for the company Tim Hortons I wish they'd bring back the potato soup.

I LOVE their iced caps, tuna sandwich and chips or apple fritters. I can ONLY complain about how a lot of times they don't put my food in a bag.. I just went today and got my tuna sandwich, fritter and drink and they handed me my sandwich and then my fritter and it just doesn't feel sanitary as someone who has worked at 2 large fast food restaurant chains where you put EVERYTHING in a bag. Even if they come back for a fry, you put those fries in a bag. Not sure what's up with the inconsistencies there. I also had to carry my food in my hands when going into work since it wasn't in a bag. Can this please change?? It drives me NUTS!

Have been getting coffee and donuts every week after church, placing mobile orders, and going through the drive-through since it's drive-through only; assuming not enough staff/business for the lobby to be open. Staff is super friendly and patient.

The coffee here is good. The service is sometimes a little slow. The donuts are pretty good. The rest of the menu is decent but a little pricey on some things.
Go for the coffee and donuts here. They are better than Dunkin' in my opinion and arent as expensive.

Good food. But sometimes the employees have some bias. Luckily this one is still open. A lot of Tim Horton's have been shut down lately. This one was allowed to stay open.

I like their breakfast sandwiches... And the ordering process. Can I have a number one with coffee with two creamers and two sugars and hash browns? Okay, that's a number one. Would you like coffee? Yes. Cream or sugar? Two of each. Hash browns? Yes please 😀

Tim Hortons coffee is by far the best of the fast food coffee choices, better than Dunkin. Love the seasonal Nutella donut they are making right now!
