Chatime Bubble Tea

Quick, tasty, and reasonable -- a trifecta sometimes hard to find in this part of town! I had the Mediterranean crepe and the mango green tea bubble tea. Just right for a quick lunch.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. The staff is horrible and lazy! They lie to all their customers and tell them that their machines are broken so that they don't have to make the drinks that take more time to make. They have horrible attitudes and act like its a nuisance to take care of you. The reason I know their machines aren't "broken" is because I've gone there several times and have heard the same excuse at that time and in the morning it magically works again. I also went to the other Chatime on Main st. (a 2 minute walk from this location) and their machine was "broken" also. When I confronted the employees at the main st. Location They gave me an attitude and told me to go to the COCO next door. They are so lazy that they rather give business to their competitors then tend to their customers. It's horrible and someone should do something about this dishonesty and lack of good customer service. The Roosevelt ave is no better. They also lie to their customers. I come all the way from Long Island to get my favorite drink in flushing and it's a disappointment to drive an hour and be turned away by lazy staff. If they don't make ice drinks after a certain time they should tell their customers that instead of lying and saying that the machine is broken. Forcing me to comeback and be disappointed yet again.
