El Original is one of my favorite places to eat in NYC. I feel like this place doesn't get the attention it deserves. What's not to love about delicious happy hour margaritas and queso and chips?! They sometimes have live music and they get a lot of the sports events too! With that being said their service could use a bit of improvement. There have been a few times where the restaurant isn't that busy and the servers take a bit too long bringing drinks, sides, or orders. But maybe I'm just antsy for my food since it's so good. They're very friendly staff, and it's a phenomenal venue if you want to throw a dinner or birthday shindig. Definitely suggest people give this place a try! I also suggest if any management is reading this to give a pep talk to the staff to ensure they're mindful of being prompt. Faithful customer, MB

Had a great experience The food was really good. The bartender made some great recommendations for both food and drinks. I would definitely recommend going there if you get the chance.
