A nice surprise. As a somewhat regular visitor to new york, and each time a temporary resident of the UPW, I am consistently told by both the trusty internet, and locals alike, that the UPW is not a neighbourhood that could boast about its pizza establishments. However, on my most recent trip I found myself frequenting Ceaser's Pizza again and again and again. The large slices served up are the perfect size for a 3pm snack. The highlight for me however is the pizza's oiliness and perfect tomato sauce, as well as its ability to remain perfectly crispy.

While its unlikely an UPW establishment will ever gain any sought of credit amongst the pizza loving community for he big apple, I firmly believe that, given an opportunity, Ceaser's could shatter the long held myth!
