Melt Shop - New York City - Photo album

Decent food here. The burger patty is a bit dry and the wings can be more flavorful.
One of my favorite spots in NY! Very simple menu with few options, but never disappoints. Great when you need something warm and cozy. Staff is super friendly and the kimchi here is probably the best I've ever had!
Rating this compared to other Melt Shops. I like this one a lot because it's less crowded and more relaxed, so it feels more chill to take your time and eat your food. It's all quite savory, fried stuff, but it hits the spot every once in awhile. If you're craving tater tots, hit this place up!
The sandwich had a really good taste, I would go again, however the portions were a bit small.
Slightly smaller restaurant than the other locations, but we still really enjoyed ourselves here. I visited this shop when I was in town on vacation. I got my sandwich to go, and picked it up by the bar. The service was excellent and the sandwich was superb. This was the duck grilled cheese with duck fat fries. Would go back of I was back in the neighborhood. Update: This is my second experience
Friendly service and food was very fast to come. Tried the fried chicken melt and the burger melt. Fried chicken was tasty and juicy but the breading was too thick and little dry. Overall the chicken melt was a little dry. Burger melt was not dry thanks to the cheese, caramelized onions and pickles
Solid sandwiches for under $10. I enjoyed the Chipotle Chicken Melt.
