Partners Coffee, formerly Toby’s Estate, unsurprisingly provides the Vanderbilt Urbanspace with some top notch espresso. The loud, eclectic food hall venue detracts a bit from the intimate and cozy craft coffee experience, but if you’re in the area and want a solid coffee on the go or a quick breakfast, this place is a great choice.

Really good coffee. Wish the service was nicer. Doesn't have to be happy or cheerful. Just make sure you understand it's people you're serving. Would be good for basic interaction to be normal. Was served by someone who wants to be a hipster but doesn't get it.

I had the mocha and it tasted REAL. You know, whole milk, cacao and good coffee. Cute heart drawing is a bonus :)

I expected to find Toby's here, but after enjoying my drink... I'm very glad Partners is now in their spot.
I had a single shot flat white, really nice 6oz portion and the milk treatment was great.
Not entirely sure what espresso blend they were using or what beans were used for the milk based drinks, but the single shot was really well balanced and super tasty.
