I love this place. It's a little pricey but considering the taste, how everything is prepared, and how you feel after...I think it's worth it. I had Salmon, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, & farro. My friend had Salmon, brown rice, sweet potato, and broccoli. I enjoy eating here because I feel full, but I never feel sluggish when I'm done eating. The nutrient dense foods definitely keep me full for a while.
No one does charred caramelization quite like Dig Inn. Aromas are heavenly, with layered tastes and textures to match. The classic bowl is good introduction to some of their best dishes combined.
Nice, quick lunch spot. I visited at around noon on a snowy Monday. There were probably 20 people in line and I think I was out the door with my food in about 3 minutes. Food was very fresh. I think they went a bit too aggressive on some of the herbs on the Brussel Sprouts.
Discovered this place today and instantly fell in love at first bite. The variety is great, everything was flavorful but not overpowering, and I felt good after I was finished. Definitely will be going back!
I’m here almost every day. I like that I’m getting high quality real food and it’s easy to go vegetarian or vegan. I really appreciate the staff as well. They work hard preparing all that food and they’re fast when they have that lunch rush. When I went when it was slow, they were more able to be friendly and to exchange pleasantries. I appreciate that they’re are staffed well when it’s busy please don’t let that slide.
I love this spot! They offer superb dishes, they have a nice menu, The cook in that restaurant is a specialist, I love a lot tasting all their dishes. The food is always fresh, the attitude towards the guests is helpful. I go often to this place and I was never unsatisfied. I recommend this place.
