Penguin Ice Cream - New York City - Photo album

My top location for delicious desserts. I love this place, great food & service. Really nothing but good experiences here. The bill was fair for the quality of food. Menu is similar to a restaurant in Jacksonville I loved.
Great customer service. I got the passion fruit tea with bubbles and jelly. They add a ton of bubbles and jelly which I love. Only downside to the drink was that the syrup was all on the bottom, so the first few sips were super sweet. Make sure to shake first!!
Best locally-owned boba shop in Chinatown. This is the only place I've *ever* found that has lychee milk tea, my girlfriend's favorite. Prices are very fair, and they have a loyalty reward program of one free drink out of every ten. Highly, highly suggest!
Fine scene for tasty Desserts. great place to meet and catch up with friends. i will be back with my coworkers. bring your hunger - portions are generous.

the icecream is tasty, but expensive for the small portions they give. Not worth it for the small cups they use. If I am craving persian ice cream, i prefer saffron and rose where you get more for your money.
desserts, yeah, my preferred treat. It has a great atmosphere. Ambience reminds me of Colorado Springs area.
