This is by far the best Kati roll location in Manhattan. The staff is super friendly and considerate. They go above and beyond to make sure customers leave with a smile.
Rob is one such staff member who has been very kind and even stayed longer to ensure he fulfills last minute orders and most importantly, with a lot of compassion.
Must visit if you are ever craving delicious and filling Kati rolls!

Meh.
Basically a street cart vendor that decided to get itself a hole in the wall spot. Food wasn't terrible, but nothing amazing. Rolls were a tad oily, meat was mediocre in both taste and freshness. Service was brusque but efficient.
If you've got some time, go get yourself some excellent Halal guys a few blocks down the street. Superior taste and price.

It was between 2 and 3 stars but I leaned towards 2 cause I used to enjoy kati roll more back in the day before yhey got rid of my two favorite rolls (being vegetarian the chickpea/Chana and the beet/vege mix were the best healthy options). Now as a vegetarian you have the option of potato or cheese. The new momos they have are okay but nothibg special.

If you miss the most famous Kolkata style ‘Kathi Roll’ in USA, then this is the place where you must give it a try. This is an informal
Eatery where you can get a fresh made kolkata/ India style wrap. They provide an wide variety of rolls, including veggie option. I liked the beef- anda ( beef- egg) option, where as the ‘kosha mangsho’ and the chicken tikka options are also absolutely yummy. Another must try to
Pair with the roll is the fresh made, hot tea ( Indian style, with milk and cardamom ) and /the bottled lassi ( yogurt drink ). The wraps are perfect to eat as evening snack / dinner. The eatery deco is just perfect to deliver a cozy, friendly vibe. At the end, the staff works here are very helping and the price you pay is absolutely worth.
