5 Napkin Burger

From beginning to end this experience was impeccable! The server, Austin, is beyond phenomenal! He was highly attentive, friendly, & his service was absolutely extraordinary! Brunch is offered all day & the outdoor seating options are excellent! Plus heating lamps are available & give off most heat to those sitting directly under/adjacent to them. The prices were reasonable & the food was delicious (vegan chili cheese fries pictured here)! It was a treat to dine here, thank you Austin!!

I loved the food! It was delicious. I ordered the "Restaurant week" menu: one burger, one side and one drink (each one of them chosen by me). $21 + taxes + tips. The "5 napkin burger" is really good! Melted cheese and caramelized onions are a good combination. And the sweet fries are tasty as well. The staff is friendly! And they have free wifi :)

Very disappointing meal, especially for the price, go somewhere else in the area for better food. The Union Square location is better. I went with someone, we ordered: -Hamburger with onion, pickle, and tomato. -Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger. -Bacon loaded fries -2 Stella's (beer). The burgers were incredibly soggy and falling apart from the moment that we received them. The Bacond Cheddar Cheeseburger was cooked well, no complaints with it except an overly soggy bun. The regular burger was beyond well done and burned by the grill, also had an incredibly soggy bottom, and came with wilted/rotten looking lettuce which was a big turn off. The fries were nice. The beers we order were Stella, but we recieved something else instead without a warning or a heads up. Attached a picture of the lettuce, looks much better in the photo than in real life.

Ordered a couple Blueberry Buttermilk Pancake Breakfasts off of the Brunch Menu. Comes with the most incredibly thick and delicious bacon I have ever had! Along with Eggs of your choice and Hash Browns. They forgot my maple syrup so I called and they came back in what felt like seconds. Everything was hot, fresh, and amazing! I will definitely be ordering again. Menu looks dope!

I like everything about this place. Service is friendly and attentive - I love how my food was hot when served. The 5 Napkin burger is amazing, atmosphere is spacious (good for families and kids) - decent indoor, outdoor and bar seating, appreciate the broad menu for burger and non burger lovers. A great HH to enjoy! Outside of HH a bit pricey, though still worth it since it is the standard for the neighborhood and quality of ingredients.
