Pinch Chinese - New York City - Photo album

Great soup dumplings and Chinese cuisine! I would recommend their soup dumpling (小籠包) the most. Pretty authentic as a Taiwanese perspective! The wine pairing are also pretty good, not too expensive but with a great value. Definitely make a reservation and a recommended Chinese restaurant!
Despite you don’t see many Chinese people in there, there Chinese food is quite authentic and I’m very surprised. Already went back once will again go back for the Peking duck Everything in the photo are good, except for the Peking duck Benedict egg. The mix is weird to me. The soup dumplings is the

In simple words, replica of Ding Tai Fung with a vital vibe on decor and music. Mild on sodium so you can still taste the ingredients themselves. This is good because NYC is full of Chinese restaurants those went infinity and beyond on how much spice and seasoning added into their dishes. Should com
Recommend by a friend for its Peking Duck, however, did not know that needs in advance request. But generally, dishes were delicious and Dan Dan Noodle stood out. Love the interior!
