Starbucks

Just today, I went their around 8pm It wasn’t busy their wasn’t any line, so I thought it would be fast. I was wrong waited so long and saw that someone got their drinks but I ordered before him. The associate ignored me since I walk in and continued as waiting for my drink. One associate made someone drink then stated to cleaning and ignore me, trying to make me believe he is cleaning .One finally realize me waiting, he was the one that took my order. Then repeat that my drink is being made. Continue to talk the the other associate. ( he didn’t get the cup to start.) So the person that is cleaning won’t stop to make my drink but for someone... I walk out ...they can keep my money ...but i won’t come back

One of three Starbucks in a one block radius. There is another starbucks diagonally across the street. When placing mobile orders, double check your location. Crowd varies during the day. But staff is pleasant and very fast compared to neighboring Starbucks. There is even a common area with chairs to sit at outside.

My first visit to this location. There was space to sit which i feel is rare at a starbucks. I appreciate the cashier as i asked for french vanilla flavor as i forget they carry vanilla not french vanilla but he gave me suggestions such as mixing in a touch of hazelnut. I just took the regular vanilla but i can appreciate him knowing his product and trying to find solution based on my need. I did remove 1 star because as i find in half the locations they won't put the milk in your coffee even if you ask. They tell you go to side table. I think if i ask for it to be done it should be. It's fine for those who want to do it themselves but if you ask it should be done. It is one of the reasons i don't go often to starbucks. My stomach is sensitive. I can't drink dairy that's been sitting out for who knows how long. I know they got special jugs but not the same as right out the fridge. Especially in this heat.

Very rude baristas. My friend and I we came for a coffee there around 8pm, till my friend was choosing what he wants I asked for a restroom! The answer was No Restroom with really nasty attitude ! Really no restroom for the customers? Really rude and unprofessional! We chose another place! Shame on you lady!!!

During that Macy's Thanksgiving day parade this Starbucks was happy to be open & make a killing from everyone watching the parade. After selling us coffee, tea, or any number of other beverage, they kept the restroom locked & refused patrons from using it. It's pretty disgusting when a place that is designed for selling beverages locks their paying customers from the rest room.
