I would rate this place 10 out of 5:). It's the best place in the city and in the universe. The one you want to bring your friends for brunch/dinner, special someone on Valentine day, and your parents. Warm local atmosphere, delicious food, great choose of music. In summer you can sit outside under canopy. Bartender is cute and friendly so you can eat at the bar. My favorite menu item is black squid pasta with calamari and tiramisu for dessert. Italian wine is great as is full bar. The salads selection is extensive and always fresh.
This is my second time there. The pasta is homemade. So fresh and delicious. A neighborhood gem. Wait staff is the best. They make you feel like you are at home. The pasta is the next best thing to being in Italy!! I highly recommend you go but make sure you have a reservation!
Oh my gosh, this place is incredible! The food is amazing, the cocktails are delicious, the staff are so nice, and the atmosphere is lovely! Great neighborhood spot to visit in Hudson Heights if you're in the area, highly recommend!
It's great having a local Italian spot with homemade pasta. I've eaten here several times and the food was always good. Although I would prefer a cheesy, veggie pasta dish to be on the menu, I've always been satisfied with my orders and the service. The prices are also reasonable.
Came here before a show at United Palace. Amazing pastas, meatballs were delicious. Service was very quick and accommodating as we were running late for our show. Very warm ambiance as well.
Everything is delicious, nice Italian family vibe from management, cute marshmallow roasting dessert, eating out back in the courtyard is of course not a complete dining-in-the-heights experience without the neighbors music streaming over fence. Downtown Quality that deserves our Uptown Love.
Sliders were amazing. Spinach lasagna was tasty and service was great. They have outside and inside seating. Worth coming here again.
I was in NYC just before Covid, and was taken to Saggio by friends. My meal tasted exactly like what my grandma’s cooking, which brought tears to my eyes. The atmosphere makes you feel like you’re far from a bustling city. I like to think of myself as a tiramisu connoisseur, and theirs is the kind you don’t want to share. Can’t wait to go back!

Discovered this gem a while back and it’s become a regular spot. While the dining area is small, they do tend to manage the space well without being made to feel rushed out the door.
The food is great and the cocktails generous. Be careful of the step down from the bar to the dining area.
