I just had a very bad experience. I walked in and I said I need a medium latte The server asked milk and sugar I said yes and then I got a coffee. there was no one behind me she rushed me for no reason and then gave me the wrong order, then tells me it's my fault.
The location is great if you are near Rockefeller Center or the subway near it. There is no seating which is frustrating, but this location does have a full menu which is a positive.
This Dunkin' is your run in the mill Dunkin'. What sets it apart id that the employees are very kind and normally always serve with a smile. The most non fresh bagel I have experience is from this location. Wow my jaw hurt! Hardest piece of bread ever. On top of it bad customer service. They just don't listen.

Fast but no eating and dining. You cant stay inside to eat or even a bite.
Small cozy place good customer service very clean place walking distance to Rockefeller Center
