Wow, SALLEY at the Madison Ave location is a beauty! She remembers us and always provides amazing service when we come to the store. Would definitely recommend, definitely ask for Salley to get honest and genuine opinions about your coffee ❤️

Amazing customer service and care at this location. I get my daily dose of coffee at their bar most mornings. The staff is always so kind- and they treat their regulars/locals in an old school manner- they remember you and your order. They’re good for small talk, etc. Just good people all around.

It took an hour to exchange a mug. The personals are not trained to do that and the manager who just handed the mug MIA for another 50 minutes for the exchange. I took the pic while being so bored. The store wasn’t that crowded

Friendly service. Went in to pick up some pods on a Saturday afternoon. We were greeted by friendly associates, and offered immediate assistance. I would come here regularly if it was closer to home.

The store is immaculate. The staff treats everyone very well and they are knowledgeable about all of the coffee. The little Cafe is a bonus for a nice coffee to go.

Just bought my 1st Nespresso machine from Christopher. Christopher was AMAZING!!! He was so nice and so awesomely helpful!!! I cannot rave enough about him. Thank you Christopher for my new Nespresso machine and the morning coffee joy it brings!!!
