Bar Sardine - New York City - Photo album

Very small but busy bar cafe in the West Village. Bartender was great as was the “Fedora burger” which ironically is not available at its namesake next door. The burger has a pleasant texture and was cooked just right. The bartender said the chef recommended medium rare but I requested medium.
I asked Google for Best Bloody Marys by me and this place came up. Google was not wrong! I had about 3. And they were delicious. One was green so I figure I got my daily supply of vegetables in by drinking it. Also, great service and conversation!
Found this place on Yelp and was more than impressed!! Service - staff is very attentive, friendly, and professional Price - not too shabby. Didn’t get any finger food but a glass of red wine $14, a glass of sparkling wine $15, and a bottle of cider $15 Ambience - amazing! Music is upbeat but not
Had the Fedora Burger, which was delicious--a unique flavorin--though a bit small. The fries didn't come with the burger and were expensive for fries, but I have never tasted seasoning like that on fries before. This place has a great atmosphere and service, with even better food. Worth the price.
The burger is to die for. 100% going back just for the burger. We went around 12 on a Sunday, and were seated after only 20min of waiting. You can stand near the bar and get a drink while you’re waiting. Highly recommend getting a Bloody Mary!
Nice place with decent food. Nothing to die for but is well served. Place looks nice, not a great selection of beer but a lot of wines by the glass options. Burger was good but not special. A little to loud but that something you can expect from a bar like this.
Great spot for cocktails, and one of the better spots in the City for a Bloody Mary. They even make a Green (Bay) one out of tomatillo!
I only had a glass of rose but it was delicious. The Waiter was lovely and kind. The people eating looked like they were enjoying the food. Nice buzz. Cozy setting.
Cliff notes version: Get the burger Actual review: I decided it would be a good idea to do a burger and beer crawl in the village. So I went with Bar Sardine, Corner Bistro and Minetta Tavern. Bar Sardine was the first stop on the list, having never been but hearing of the infamous Fedora burger. I
Small and cozy. Bartenders were nice and quick with the drinks. Loved the Fedora Burger.
