Great Place to Enjoy The Game when it's on, Great Drinks Great Food and the Staff actually Acknowledges you as you walk In. I've been going there for 3 years. Trivia Tuesdays and DJ is there on Fridays. Great Happy Hour as well. You can't go wrong at Shorty's.
Shorty's is a great spot for cheesesteaks and fries. The cheesesteaks are delicious and come with a few different options including cheese: whiz, American, provolone as well as add-ons like fried onions and peppers. The rolls are fresh and I believe delivered daily from Philadelphia. They offer a fast take out downstairs or the bar upstairs is a good spot to watch sports games with a beer.
Great Philadelphia cheese steak sandwiches and perfectly made French fries that are served hot and crispy without being greasy. There is a good selection of quality beers, a well stocked bar, and friendly barmaids that are happy to help you pick something from the many choices on the menu and put together a sandwich or other order that is made with exactly what you want. There are happy hour and late night specials and combos you can order. There are other options on the menu but you really should try the cheese steak sandwich. I recommend the Old Bay fries.

Best place to get an authentic philly steak in NY. The beer list doesn't disappoint either.

Visited here while looking for somewhere to eat at the bottom end of Manhattan and I'm glad we did. There is a good range of beers stocked at reasonable prices and the food is good honest, tasty food at very decent prices. Staff were friendly and service was quick. Our food was also delivered in quick time once we had placed our order. Plenty of screens in the place too to follow any live sport that may be happening. Would definitely visit again if I return to New York.
Best cheesesteaks outside of Philly. Ask for the cherry peppers. Amazing buffalo chicken cheesesteaks too!
This place is the perfect one to have a great time with your friends. The bar has variety of drinks and the Philly steaks sandwiches are so good, probably you'll bring leftovers with you.
The area is nice and it feels safe. Near to the waterfront, Pier 17.
I've come here with coworkers so much. I love it. The service is excellent. The food is superb. The staff is lovely. At times the manager may approach you to see if everythings going alright. I brought my father here all the way from Queens and they treated him with the utmost respect and brought a huge smile to his face. Thank you guys for the fantastic service as always. FYI Friday nights they have a DJ and this place gets DOWN. 👍
