Bowery Road was a really lovely lunch experience! The atmosphere is airy and volume level is lower/calm. The food was super tasty — recommend the hummus, butternut squash soup, Bianco pizza and shrimp tacos. The service was a little slow for getting refills of water / coffee and the check but overall very wonderful experience!

This restaurant is attached to the Hyatt Union Square hotel on 4th Avenue. The restaurant makes a really well-done burger (pun unintended), although I'm not a fan of the shoestring fries. There is a chicken sandwich on the menu, which is decent, but a tad bit lackluster. The churro sundae was a good way to end the meal. I've been here about 3 times for lunch, and it's never crowded. It's a great place to meet with a few friends.

Farm to table amen! With the Union Square farmer’s market so close, what a treat to enjoy farm-to-table local freshness available for breakfast lunch and dinner at Bowery Road. We very much enjoyed the eggs for breakfast and dinner nibbles during our stay at the Hyatt. You know it’s excellent when the kids devour hummus and beets- and all then greens served with the amazing chicken paillard! The service was consistently attentive and friendly- well done all around -and thank you 😊

We came here for breakfast, lunch and afternoon coffee. Each time we were happy with the food they served. Super fresh and delicious. It’s not as busy and staff are extremely nice. Butternut squash soup, oatmeal, kale salad are the dishes we really love.

We went for a drink at the bar and liked the place, it was half full on Thursday night, but only 2 places free at the bar. The interior looked cool and inviting, drinks were great and it was not that loud so we could really talk and hear each other.

Delicious food, fabulous drinks and wonderful service! I stayed at the Hyatt Union Square for a few days and popped down to the restaurant quite a bit for drinks, dinner, snacks & breakfast. All the servers were super friendly!

I had dinner at Bowery Road in August 2022 and had the watermelon and tomato salad. It was-and I cannot stress this enough-the best salad I had all summer. It is a mix of fresh watermelon as well as pickled watermelon in addition to all the other ingredients. I also had a Bowery Burger, which was also delicious, and a screwdriver. This place is definitely remaining on my rotation for Union Square haunts.
