We stopped by on Wednesday before Thanksgiving, and while they were very busy, the young lady behind the counter was very attentative, friendly and personable.

Mother in law and my clients swear by this place so i stopped by... now im a fan. Only issue is check your orders. My cake was a birthday cake and they put everything but happy birthday on it... we had a big laugh then ate delicious cake so it all works out in the end.
The black and white cookies were 🔥. And the staff gave us a free mini 🍪 for my mom. Overall very 👌
Very cute dessert shop with a great selection. I had a tasty apple turnover with coffee. It has lovely outdoor tables and chairs. And as the UES goes, it’s also extremely reasonable.
A true taste of New York. Iconic black-and-white cookies. Almost enough to make one return to the Big Apple. Almost.

Hands down the best black and white cookie. William Greenberg was recently at the Sunday Funday event for the Michael J. Fox Foundation and they were absolutely delicious.
William Greenberg catered our event for the second year and have to echo my sentiments that they are incredible.

Delicious!! I got the black and white cookie and the raspberry triangle and they are both 10/10. The cinnamon puff pastry was okay, maybe 4/10. I wouldn’t get that again.

I placed a large order in advance of Thanksgiving over the phone to a rather short tempered gentleman but all was forgiven once I picked up my delicious order!
That being said, a few items were left off the order in the pre-Thanksgiving rush. I called and left a voicemail not expecting to hear back
Quite possibly the best black-and-white cookies in New York City!!! It's a small location on Madison Avenue, but it's clean and well-lit! The employees inside were kind and highly sociable, and they accommodated me from the moment I walked in. Definitely going back in the future!
We ordered a cake from William Greenberg for my son's birthday. Then he got sick, we needed last minute delivery, things got messy. We turned a really simple order into a really complicated mess and the whole staff was so patient and kind. Angie, the store manager, was beyond helpful and lovely. So
Great traditional black and white cookies, as well as different flavors like red velvet with cream cheese and hocolate frosting. We also go a fruit tart for later which was good
