Absolutely amazing food and service.
You must get the Fougasse (so so good!) And the spinach papparadelle with venison (not gamey tasting because it's from a farm, not wild), with rosemary, cocoa, and pears, was absolutely fantastic. The buttermilk panna Cotta was also perfection, but the persimmon compote was a bit overcooked, but still delish with the rosemary short bread crumbled on top.
Great ambiance and lighting, not too loud inside, and all of the staff seems to genuinely care that you have an amazing meal.

What an occasion! A true northern Italian feast. The food, ambience, service, and wine list were all superb. The 36 oz. beef is an absolute must!! Served Florentine-style and lovingly prepared. The meat and cheese samplings were memorable as well. Wine recommendations were spot on. A really memorable, sublime dining experience. I can't wait to go back.

This is an amazing place for a nice and almost intimate dinner. The atmosphere inside is great and shows that a lot of thought went into it. The food was amazing and the waiters took excellent care about our needs. We enjoyed every minute.

One of the best Italian restaurants I have been to . I found them while looking on the Crave App. Decided to give it a shot. I had a made a reservation through the app. We were seated right away. The waiter was amazing , he literally went over the whole menu and explained everything. Food and service was truly on point . It’s definitely high end dining and I highly recommended it !!

Excellent place for a business lunch in Manhattan, close to Flatiron and Madison Square Park. Food is excellent, fresh and tasty (with gluten-free and dairy free options). Staff is very helpful. Prices are reasonable. And moreover, place is not noisy as it can be in similar places... A great place!

We came here on the our last night in Manhattan. We wanted nice, clean, Italian style food. We definitely got everything we were asking, and some! It is well worth the Michelin Star! The price point of this restaurant is so reasonable that we got 3 appetizers, 2 drinks each, entrees, and dessert! Italian food can be so heavy with all of the sauce and noodles and cheese; Trattoria gave you all of that, but you feel light when leaving and not weighed down. Other Italian places pack their food with sodium and oregano, it's kinda gross. This was truly an unforgettable meal. Get the pasta!!! I'm still dreaming about it! Connor was an amazing server, he gave us all the time in the world to decide on our meal, made some pretty amazing recommendations, and made us feel very comfortable while we dined. The manager also came up to us and had us try a sample of snacks, which was a nice addition to our many appetizers!
Overall, this is a place I will definitely frequent. If I lived in NYC, I would go there once a week for dinner and a few times for lunch! Add it to your list!

We just got back from dinner at this restaurant. My husband and I stopped on a whim after a terrible experience across the street at Eataly. It’s our honeymoon and we wanted some Italian food. The staff was so kind and so attentive. We never had to flag down a server, and they offered so many great suggestions for dishes to try. Every single staff member we came into contact with (7 total) was kind, courteous, and helpful. We have eaten at a lot of restaurants over the years, both around the country and the world, and have never had an experience as fabulous as this one. If you want Italian food and amazing service for a fair price, this place should be on your list. We plan to be back the next time we are in the city, and we will definitely be sharing our experience with our friends.

I can't believe I've found the authentic 'tortel de patate' (or frico di patate) in New York! Feeling back home. We also had spectacular pappardelle and canederli (my grandma used to cook them). The food we tried is mostly Northern Italian, which is quite unusual to find in NY, but the restaurant also serves Southern France cousine. We'll definitely go there again to try the French side.
The ambiance is fantastic, and the service simply superb. I'd definitely recommend it, especially for special occasions.
