Pippali - New York City - Photo album

We had an event in this restaurant. Food was good but the service was really great. Our server’s name was Limon, he took care of us with so much precision! 15 different drinks 18 types of different dishes- not a single mistake with not s single delay . He was smiling all the way and asking again an
My husband and I had dinner at Pippali last week and were enjoyed it so much! We had reservations for 7:30pm. We arrived early and did wait a little before being seated. Once we sat down, our waiter came over right away and took our drink order and appetizer order. We had the pani puri & the butter
What a great find. I’m so happy that I found Pippali. This place has really unique and flavorful Indian dishes. Try the Butter Chicken Bao Buns, Chili Paneer, Hari Mirch Tikka… basically everything we got was delicious. The service was wonderful and it wasn’t too crowded or too empty for a Tuesday n
Got their set meal on the weekend. We enjoyed the food. Some of the dishes could have been more flavourful.
The food was delicious and the service was good. We were 4 and ordered one Appetizer, one thali one family naan with curry. It was so delicious.
Very nice (and busy) Indian resto. There was a very large and loud group dining that sort of disrupted the overall atmosphere and also led to slower service. The chili paneer was tasty and came in a very large portion. Same goes for the garlic naan.
I had dinner at Pippali, firstly I would like to say the appetizers were very good, I had fish koliwada and galouti kabab. The fish was very soft but the kabab was the best, very flavorful. For main i had chicken dum biryani, the quantity was good enough for two people. The service however was ter
The restaurant boasts a charming ambiance that is appealing and not overly noisy, allowing patrons to enjoy their meals in a relaxed and comfortable setting. The service is attentive and kind, making diners feel welcomed and valued. The Soya Tandoori Chap is an absolute must-try dish that is guarant
Very tasty!!! Food is all nice. We ordered shrimp, beef, chicken, lamb and nang. Friends told me it is very authentic but I cannot tell. Portion is fair. For drinks, I love the mongo smoothie, not too sweet. Btw, there was a singer singing when we were dining. Very soft and romantic voice. Will come
Went here with my friends for dinner and it was amazing. The flavor is amazing and the staff were wonderful. Ludhiana chicken curry & garlic naan is a must!!
This place is so awesome.. We work in NY, and try various different restaurants in Lex avenue.. I think this place has the best quality food for Indians (punjabi and rajasthani thalis).. Loved their Chola, panner peas masala, and everything else ! fantastic & courteous service.. This place is new, a
Once in a while you have a foodgasm because the food you had hit exactly the right spot. Amazing food, specially if you’re a tourist missing home cooked goodness. Fully recommended!
We went here today (Jun 2023) and last year (Jul 2022). We chose this place because of how delicious the meal was back then. Last year we ordered shrimp Jhinga (from the southern part) and lamb biryani, and today we ordered shrimp Konkan and lamb Pulao (from the northern part). The shrimp dishes wer
An amazing, filling, quick and delicious lunch for $15. The lunch thali is best Indian meal we have had in the city for under $15. You get 5 curries, a dessert, papad, bhajji and your curry/main dish of choice with Naan and basmati rice. All of us loved it and were very happy with our experience. T
Pretty cheap Indian food for the big portion that they serve. They have a special lunch menu and this experience is based on that. The goat curry is really good; the vegetable biryani is quite spicy, I don't really like it. They have different side dishes/sauces to eat with the rice, which is pretty
The service was good, the food was hit or miss but the location and atmosphere was great. They had a singer that performed live which was a nice surprise. I just wished the food was better. The vindaloo was too sour and lacked spice. The butter chicken was good.
