Aria Wine Bar - New York City - Photo album

This place is amazing, it's a cozy area and has a wonderful staff. They treated us so well and made our day more special. The food was delicious, and also the drinks! My favorite food was the warm chocolate cake. Definitely a nice place to hang out with friends or have a first date.
Searched RESY for a tapas restaurant and was plenary surprised when an Italian restaurant showed up. We did not have reservations and went at 5 on a Friday. We were seated with no issue, at this point it was basically empty. Within half an hour there wasn’t a seat in the place. We had the grilled oc
This place was fantastic! The service was exceptional and they walked us through the menu, the specials in detail, didn’t rush us to order and let us take our time. The burrata, Caesar salad, pesto pasta, mushroom truffle pasta were heavenly . Also wnjoyed the Chianti they had to offer, prices were
Great ambiance and food. Incredibly friendly staff; look for Venera -she’s attentive and kind. Aplausos to the Latinos in the kitchen. The tiramisu was delicious. I would just say that I really missed Codino’s crostini -pork & octopus.
very good place to taste good (Italian) wines while tasting very good pasta lunch meal possibilities at quite reasonable price do not hesitate to enter despite the scaffolding
Absolutely love this place. If you can’t find a table, try their sister restaurant around the corner. Such a cozy vibe instead with great specials. We started off with the goat cheese and tomato sauce and the meatballs. Both were killer and I’d order them again. For starters, we had the risotto of t
The staff is great. Their octopus dish is the best I've had in many restaurants. The wine list is fairly priced and delicious. Try the Italian Primitivo (the original zinfandel).
Everything at Aria was PERFECT!! The staff were all so fun and sweet and the food was INCREDIBLE. We got the pear salad, calamari, mussels, truffle gnocchi, lobster ravioli and the chocolate soufflé and it was all 10/10! We also got a bottle of the Chianti which was delicious. Will definitely be bac
Nice place good for a group not too crazy, reasonable price and good food
Delicious food. Friendly and professional service.
great spot for a cute date or small group. we didn’t get any main dishes, but I was pleasantly surprised with their wine and charcuterie board! we got a carafe to share between two people and it was a great portion size. loved the vibe inside too!
Made a reservation, but they were overbooked so we still had to wait. The food was amazing, but the service was slow and poor quality. I recommend all the food including the pasta, tomato and mozzarella, and calamari. Unfortunately they do not have espresso for post dinner.
Great pasta spot, but very crowded and the servers are definitely overworked and hence a bit rude. The actual food is delicious, we had the eggplant, the crab cakes, the mushroom fettuccine and the shrimp rigatoni - the portions are generous and the flavor is on point. I wish it was a bit less loud
I love this little Italian gem. The food is great; I would always recommend their daily specials (see pics(i got the black truffle gnocchi, and my friend got their pasta vongole in rosso*chef kiss*)). The wine is at a decent price w/ great everyday selections. There was a small incident during this
Cozy place to have a glass of wine and a good bite of perfectly balanced italian tastes. You can drop in even on Saturday night. Stuff so friendly, all in a good mood. Definitely a place not to be missed if you come to this neighborhood.
Loved this little cozy place tucked away in the West Village. Sat at the bar with a very good bartender noshing and drinking. Small selection of white wines but they were all fabulous, not too sweet and not too dry. Great place to just chat and drink.
This place doesn’t miss. Decided to go with the specials instead of the regular menu because lamb shank and truffle gnocchi is hard to turn down. The gnocchi was cheesy, creamy, perfect texture and you could definitely taste the truffle. The lamb shank came with risotto. A real showstopper in terms
We stopped here for lunch. I ordered one of the specials, the grilled octopus salad. The octopus had been sliced into bite sized pieces and arranged in a beautiful presentation over a bed of salad made with celery, thin sliced potatoes, tomatoes and more. The octopus was tender and cooked perfectly.
Wonderful place to eat. It's a sister restaurant to Terra, which we stumbled upon the day after we had dinner at Aria and had no idea they were related until we ate there. Excellent food, elegant and very respectful staff, very nice menu and food options. Not a cheap place, but it's worth the money
