Murphy's Tavern - New York City - Photo album

Great space and the bartender was very friendly and hospitable. There was a decent menu and the food was good, drinks weren’t bad either, great pricing! Went on a Saturday around midday and it was very, very slow (probably due to COVID-19). We were a group of 7 and we were seated and accommodated re
Very fun, relaxed atmosphere. Attentive, but respectful bartenders, great food menu. Plenty of seating. More sports bar than Irish flare though. Recommend it for a pre-game pub, or before you call it a night.
Having a quick snack and drink outside #Covid19 staff are fab very quick. Only 5 tables outside total of 16 seats. But they are doing amazing job. Nice food too.
Stopped in on an early Sunday afternoon and had the best bangers and mash! Mrs. had a Reuben. Both meals were great! Ice Tea and hot coffee were delicious and plentiful. The service was stellar, friendly and efficient. We will most definitely return! There are a number of excellent beers on the men
Came in for a late night meal with my girlfriend. The shepherd's pie was awesome, as well as our drinks. Great, quick, and friendly service. Definitely will come here again in the future.
Murphy's was my spot during my lunch break or after work with my co-workers. It has the feel of an old time bar but it's very relaxing. The staff is always friendly and the food is on point! Chicken tenders, fries and a blue moon is my go to. They have trivia nights but I forget on what days of the
Their wings are pretty much perfect, sauces are great & service is on point.
Great staff and atmosphere. Good food also.
Wings and sweet potato fries are great here. I usually would order from work and have the food delivered. It comes pretty fast. A friend and I went inside and it was ok. Very dark and crowded which was cool. The waiter got our orders in and out on time. Not a bad experience. Would go again.
This place is awesome. Good background music from the 80s and 90s. Not too loud with a relaxing setting. Happy hour is 4pm to 8pm which is great. Food is standard pub grub but price is great for downtown Manhattan in the middle of everything related to 9/11, Ellis island, Stanton island, Battery par
I really enjoyed their wings. Some of the best Ive had. Son said burger was good. Slow service at 2pm because bartender was also the only waitress. She was good though. If not in a hurry, id definitely recommended!
Nice atmosphere, and in a nice area of the city to explore. Everyone was very nice, but service was subpar and the order was wrong initially. Great for an affordable bite to eat in lower Manhattan. Best sangria I’ve ever had! Happy hour is 7 days a week.
Great place. Food, service, atmosphere were all top notch. I wish I could remember the waiter's name, great guy. We would go back just for the pleasant and fun service but it was much more than that alone. We both loved it there. We went after spending hours at Ellis Island and Statue of Liberty. Mu
Clean, reasonably priced, Drew is an exceptional bar keep and connisouer of the inventory, a true asset to the Tavern
Always welcoming and attentive staff. Great happy hour for drinks. Fast service. Delicious food and great prices. The decor is lacking but still feels warm and cozy inside. If you are seated at some of the tables in the back of the first floor, feels like everyone is on top of each other. The rear o
Ordered a burger there twice. It was cooked well done like I asked both times. The wait time for the food was not long. The burger was a good size, I wasn't able to eat it all either time. The burger tasted really good. The staff was nice. Had no issues either visit and would go again. It is
It's always a pleasure to be at Murphy's Tavern. I love the fact that they take care of the customers like they would want to be treated. No matter what they are always have a great smile on their face.Barry is always there for his customers. I recommend this place for food, drink and above
A great selection of craft beers from new york state. The staff is very friendly and they cook up a mean burger. I love their chicken tenders as well. It's one of the closest bars to the staten island ferry and has a busy financial district lunch crowd.
