We saw the Brindle Room on Diners, Drive-ins & Dives. We were in New York City for the day and decided to try it ourselves. Not only was the food delicious, but the owner and wait staff were super cool. Blue cheese burger/ fries and steakhouse burger and fries....validated why the sign outside said "best burgers in NYC"!

Every time I’ve been to NYC I’ve made a stop to Brindle Room for the burger and it has never disappointed. It’s the best burger in the world and I would eat it weekly if I lived in town. What’s great is that other items on the menu are also fantastic, such as the salmon and the chickpeas.

This is without a doubt the best thing I have had on my trip to New York. The burger it so juicy and tender sealed in by a light crisp edged around the patty. The level of execution of making something we have experienced countless times is so wonderful. Their fries are hand cut and fried up perfectly. This meal has made a mark on my culinary travels and I wish I didn't live 2000 miles away from here to go back and take people here more often

Hands down some of the best food I’ve had in a while!! The steak was so juicy and flavorful I could’ve eaten like five of them!! Truly the food did not disappoint at all so kudos to the chef 🙌🏻🙌🏻

The food was phenomenal. I had the turkey burger (the special) and my husband had Sebastian's Steakhouse Burger. Both were incredible. We were told by a friend that we should try Brindle Room. The only disappointment is that we leave to go back home tomorrow and can't return before we head back. Any time we are in New York, it'll be a must.

There is a lot to be said for a well curated menu, a good atmosphere, a chef and owner who welcomes you to dine, and quality atmosphere and ingredients. This feels like a right proper bistro, and if I lived in the neighborhood I would absolutely make it a regular visit.

Took my wife here for a pre Mother’s Day celebration. We had the burger and chicken malanese and must I say; they did not disappoint not one bit. That burger was super juicy and delicious. The chicken had the perfect crisp and was so succulent. Drinks were great as well. Our server Ariana was more than helpful and kind. We enjoyed ourselves a lot for it being our first time here. Would definitely return for sure.
