Such a neat place to eat and have drinks! Very spacious. Comfy and cozy. Cocktails up top, coffee downstairs. Bathrooms were a little weird being unisex restrooms but besides that it was a great experience! Drinks were tasty!

Amazing Starbucks! Full service, late night bar upstairs with three distinct coffee and pastry service areas and tons of unique gifts for Starbucks lovers. Expensive but a great place to visit once or twice as it is beautiful.

Marking a 4 because of service, but the experience is a 5. Place is gorgeous and the fact that they have alcoholic drinks with coffee is a plus. The coffee/whiskey one was fun. Tried the espresso martini Pumpkin version and it was a bit too much for me. The original one was better. didn’t have any food but the pizza was smelling amazing.

Starbucks Reserve Roastery in Manhattan is a coffee lover's paradise. The ambiance is vibrant, and the coffee selection is impressive, offering a journey through unique flavors. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, enhancing the overall experience.
My only gripe is the limited seating, making it a bit challenging to secure a spot during peak hours. It seems everyone wants to linger, creating a bit of a shuffle when trying to grab a seat. Despite this minor flaw, the quality of coffee and the inviting atmosphere make Starbucks Reserve Roastery a must-visit for coffee enthusiasts in Manhattan.

This Starbucks is surprisingly so well-maintained despite having heavy traffic due to tourists. There’s a lot of seats available, space was clean, and had the nicest toilets! The service was quick and the quality of the food is superb. Loved this place!

This is a premium driven Starbucks that serves a higher quality and selection of coffees, services, and foods. Instead of the typical limited foods in a refrigerator, this store has its own bakery, roasters, alcohol bar, and wider selection of paraphernalia. Overall, the design and decorations are beyond that standard Starbucks setting. It has a darker color palette with gold and wood trims. This is definitely a step up and caters to clienteles that spend more.

I don't know if it's just me, but walking in here is really disorienting. There's just so many things going on and all over the place that it's difficult to really understand where to go. There are multiple counters and baristas, a downstairs, and an upstairs, and not a lot of signs that actually tell you what things are. The prices are also on the high side, but that's to be expected at a Starbucks Reserve location. Also, it's worth noting that seating is available, but not plentiful. I went at 10 PM on a Friday night and there were only a few open so I'd imagine that it's typically very packed during normal business hours.
The restroom deserves a section on its own. It's a gender neutral walk in restroom with different stalls built into the actual walls and sort of in a rectangular shape. Some of the doors are push and some are pull for some reason, but overall, it was a very good-looking and pristine restroom. Unfortunately, others also took more than a few seconds to comprehend the unique restroom design and I had to help a man and an elderly woman figure it out. The doors to open each stall were also heavy so some people thought they were in use, but didn't realize they just needed to pull harder.
Anyways, I'm still rating 5 stars because the strawberry croissant was really good and obviously this is a unique location with a unique experience. I'm sure coffee and Starbucks lovers will enjoy it a lot more.

Such a great spot to people watch and watch the process of turning coffee into something we drink. Carlos and James were so knowledgeable and would explain the process. They would answer any of the questions I had. The espresso flight was so yummy! I had the Peppermint Mocha Espresso Martini and it was everything you would want in an alcoholic Peppermint Mocha beverage. The food was delicious!

I had the pleasure of visiting Starbucks Reserve again recently, and I must say, the cappuccino was absolutely perfect this time. The quality of their coffee truly shines through.
Now, it's worth noting that Starbucks Reserve is a bit on the pricey side, but it's definitely worth it as an occasional treat. The high-end experience, coupled with that flawless cappuccino, makes it a special indulgence that I'd recommend to anyone looking for a premium coffee experience.
