Good neighborhood bar/restaurant. If sitting at the bar, don’t sit at the bar seats by the door because the curve of the end bar is at an awkward radius where you can’t rest your arms or elbows on the bar comfortably. Bathrooms are clean. They have Smithwicks and Guinness on draft
A midtown treasure! I absolutely love D.J. Reynolds. I recently came here with my dad who was visiting from out of town. After a visit to a museum and a walk around the Time Warner Center, we had lunch at D.J. Reynolds. It was a Friday afternoon and we were able to find a table. The staff here is
Came in around 10ish and ordered food and drinks. Food was really good and hot. Cocktails were very well prepared. Service was outstanding and friendly. Also, I was thrilled that the noise level was reasonable. Not too loud, making it easy to hold conversations. Definitely coming back.
We all absolutely loved this place. When does that happen that everyone in your party is happy. Large portions, the food was cooked perfectly. Such a pleasant experience.
It’s very cozy and beautiful traditional Irish restaurant in the middle of the city! Nice atmosphere, welcoming stuff, tasty food and acceptable prices! What else do you need for perfect dinner! Always happy to find places where you are feeling that your at home
Old school bar, great selection in draft and bottled beer ! And a great collection of liquor! Also awesome food 😋 especially the Sunday brunch menu witch works great with the early Sunday football games!
I live in the Hell’s Kitchen area and this is one of my local spots. Sundays are my favorite - there’s a brunch menu along with the full menu. The chicken sandwich and the fried fish sandwich are fantastic- light and crispy. The Irish breakfast is solid. The Greek salad is fresh. Anna is a wonderful
Pretty good Irish fare. I saw other American food coming out but we wanted to try the Irish dishes. The bangers and mash I ordered wasn't bad, but by American standards I guess it was great. The fish and chips were spot on, though. Worth checking out.
Great food in a great atmosphere! The shepherd's pie was delicious, and the Irish BLT was quite yummy! The Irish bacon really made the sandwich!
They're back ! 3 weeks now. Check the new schedule. Just the other day, Lourdes was a marvel and a whirlwind taking care of the drinks from a perfectly poured Guinness to martinis, to managing the outside and inside patrons ! Praise the chef too... Thanks to Denis for reopening and giving Mom hope
Perfect Irish pub. Great bar. Great food and dining. Always interesting people and a great crew. A real classic.
