The Schnipp burger was so juicy and perfectly cooked. Been to this outlet 3 times in 5 days. Part of the reason is that its close to our hotel, but also because the food is real good. Got so many options to eat nearby but i choose this.
Very good! Seems to be very popular too since there were so many people there. Looked around and saw a lot of people ordered fries with white cheese sauce. The tacos were good - filled to the brim and packed with flavour.

Love the sweet potato fries here. Thin, crisp, and satisfyingly sweet at the same time. Had the sour and creamy dipping to complement the fried potato as well as the maple cream dipping that is both sweet and intense. Cannot stop eating. Tried the taco and burgers, all tasted fresh, clean and awesome.
Schneeeepppperrr!! Schneeep Schneeep! Spacious restaurant serving long hours. American staples dominate with a small selection of salads, burgers, sammiches, fried stuff, fizzy bubblech etc. Fresh food, served quickly. Not the tastiest food, but then American food generally isn't. Fish and chips needed more seasoning. Fish taco was pretty good.
They have some fun bottled drinks, and few varieties of beer on tap, including a nice cider.
Good for people watching in Hell's Kitchen. Half expected Matt Murdock to come in with that blond bimbo of a secretary.
First restaurant we stopped at after we got off the bus at Port Authority. This is in the middle of all the action, location between very busy streets. They have new big windows so you can people watch as you eat your food. Food is reasonable and pretty good. You order at the counter and they call your number when your food is ready. Lots of places to sit, open area and is clean. Nice place to stop by to grab a quick bite.
Great place to hop in if you are super hungry. Service is quick and this place is always bustling with activity due to its location. Love their Sweet Potato fries and Schnipper's Classic Burger. They have an outside seating area during summer which I really love. The burger is not too huge and is perfect to calm down your hunger pangs.

We ate here last weekend on a trip to NYC. The restaurant was nice and big and the menu was really great. My hamburger was good except the bacon was really salty. Our friends had chicken tenders and they were a bit overdone, but the french fries were good. My husband had the sloppy joe and mac and cheese and it was ok at best.
Best burger I have had in a while. The pattie was very good and the bread was very fresh and soft. I will definitely be back here when I return.
Great food. Quick and fresh. Had a double classic hamburger, asked for no bun and they added extra arugula. Free cold tap water on tap. Seating easy and in lovely cold aircon. No free wifi though. Please comment or like if you like my review!
It took about 15mins to put through our order. The person working behind the counter did not have a full grasp of the items on the menu. Once the order was placed, finally, we waited a short while for it to arrive. It was all worth the wait and effort. The Green Chili cheeseburger is excellent, the Mac and cheese is creamy and indulgent. The sloppy dog is ok, as are the sweet potato fries. The turkey burger is a decent wholesome option

I loved the menu at Schnipper's, and the cheeseburger and fries were very good. In this first visit, though, I wasn't too impressed with the service. The three other people in our party got their food within a reasonable amount of time. After waiting 10 minutes past the delivery of the last of their orders, I had to go and ask for someone to see what happened to mine. It was brought soon after...and was cold. Tasty food but they need to up their game on delivering the product.
This place is super if you need to feed the kids quick and don't want mcdonalds. Has a range from burgers to salads... Good price as well most meals under 10 dollars
Burger and a Shake Combo Yeah!. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and the peanut butter chocolate milkshake. They didn't hold back on the bacon and the beef was juicy and very tasty. The lettuce was wonderfully crisp but the tomato tasted like the rubber stuff imported from Florida. That didn't significantly hurt the experience. Very very good. The peanut butter chocolate milkshake was something I can honestly say I have never tasted before. That was amazing. I have never had anything like this. Eating the two together was nearly overkill. Amazing.

Juicy bacon cheeseburger with super fresh ground beef on a nice, soft roll. Crisp, sweet onion rings. And affordable. Delicious!
I Prefer Schnipper's Over Shake Shack. I was on my way to Shake Shack when I passed by Schnipper's and decided to try it out instead. Glad I did. Had a burger ($5.50), fries ($2.99) and a vanilla shake ($5.99), all of which were excellent. The staff was also friendly. Next time I'm in the area and in the mood for fast-casual dining, I'll head to Schnipper's over Shake Shack. While I like Shake Shack, I enjoy the food at Schnipper's a little more and they have a larger menu with sandwiches, fish, hot dogs, etc.
The milk shakes at this place are fantastic!!! Booby flay should of done a throwdown vs his shakes, not the sloppy joes! they are good too, burgers are great! we love the schnipper sauce! Don't get the Mac & cheese is not good, avoid at all costs.
Sloppy Joe heaven. Had to stop by and check out the sloppy joe and was not disappointed. Very clean facility. Also appreciated the ability to refill my soda cup.
Love this place for a quick bite of something yummy, some personal favorites are the hot dogs, chicken sandwich, fish and chips but definitely try their milkshakes!

You may have seen the owners of this kitchen on Bobby Flay’s Throwdown for the best sloppy joe, recently- but there’s so much more to this place than sloppy joes! Schnipper’s specializes in comfort food like sloppy joes, mac and cheese, burgers, hot dogs, fish and chips, and yes- even chicken fingers! The best part is, though, they do it better than you ever remembered from those cafeteria lunches at school. Read on. Schnipper’s Classic - Special cheese blend, carmelized onions, bacon, arugula, Schnipper sauce. A pricey burger, but absolutely delicious. Everything goes well together, especially the peppery arugula and sweet, caramelized onions. The burger itself is perfectly cooked and crusted on the griddle. Cheeseburger - Served with good old-fashioned American cheese (our favorite), lettuce, tomato, and red onion. One good, old fashioned cheeseburger that even rivals Shake Shack (though shake shack takes the title). Schnipper’s Classic Mac & Joe (The item on top) - Mac & Cheese served with Sloppy Joe. Delicious! The sloppy joe is slightly sweet with plenty of tomato flavor. A million times better than that Manwich stuff in the can. Times Square New York is a hub of activity and you can pretty much get any type of food that you want and pay handsomely for it! But keep walking a block or two and you can grab amazing food and everything you want at a great price. We tried to avoid 'fast food' on the holiday but sometimes you just want a burger! We walked past Schnipper's and few times and it just looked so nice!! The menu on the wall is a good mix of Burgers, Joes, Dogs! Fish tacos, Blue cheese burgers, cheese fries, sweet potato fries… you could go crazy!! But the simple cheese burger is fantastic, fresh, succulent meat and fries… simply great!! Best burgers ever!!
Schnipper’s has its pros and cons. Unfortunately, it can be insanely busy at lunchtime, it is a little pricey, and though the chicken fingers are great, I can’t say it’s worth a trip from another part of town. But, if you are in midtown and want a meal that is tasty but isn’t fast food, I would absolutely say head to Schnipper’s.
As we walked in it seemed like a GIANT In 'N Out. They had an interesting menu, all american favorites with a bit of a twist, hot dogs, burgers, shakes, etc. Scanning the menu was pointless since I knew what I was going to get months ago as I was sitting

Times Square isn't known for fine dining. Tourist Central is full of chains and fast food. Not high on my list. But while attending Ad Week I decided to finally try a glass enclosed corner spot. What was it? Schnippers . Schnippers serves up good old fashioned American fare. Burger, fries and shakes but with a twist. It's healthy and organic. WHAT? That's right American Classics using fresh ingredients. Ssshhh…don't tell the kids. It was a long day at Ad Week and I was tired and STARVING. I entered the glass doors, headed to the counter and looked up at the massive menu. This is going to be difficult. I know they're known for their burgers but do I want one? I really want to try to eat as healthy as possible but can I in a place like this? I learn I can. The cashier says their chicken sandwiches are very good, so I order one with a side of sweet potato fries. I pay and I'm handed my number on a stand. I find a table, sit down and wait anxiously for my meal. Soon my number is called a
Super creamy Mac and Cheese is really good! Very tasty and creamy, and it is served piping hot. We also got the Schnipper’s classic burger set, which comes with the fries and drinks.
Overall, a great fast food choice, though the portion size may be a bit small.
Place was super clean as well, with a lot of seating available. Staff was super friendly and helpful too! Great experience here
Wide variety of food, freshly made. The Super Creamy Mac & Cheese was one of the best I’ve ever had. Club sandwich and cheeseburger were nice too, but the bread was served a bit too cold in my opinion.

This is a GREAT option for gluten-free people. Fast food restaurant that has veggie, vegan options, good service and average prices. You can turn almost anything into gluten free and most important, it tastes good. I just wish they could have more vegan AND gluten free meals, but I'm glad there's something for everyone. They close until 11 and that's also a great thing about this place. In general, it's a good option for everyone trying to get a quick bite.
The food is really good and the service is quick! The staff is really nice. The location is convenient, right on 8th avenue by Time Square. The food is so good and the place is really clean and open. The Mac and cheese is the best! It's really cheesy and creamy. They put just the right amount of food into everything so you're filled up and not hungry but not overly full. You can sit inside or outside under the shade. My new fave restaurant in Time Square!
Best burger I've ever had in my life and I am a huge burger fan. Service is great Burger is huge definitely worth the money. Highly recommend. The atmosphere was great I gave it a four star only because it was extremely smoky in there. You end up smelling like cheeseburgers for the rest of the day But it's definitely worth the stink... 😛

Nice location for fast food.
Schnipper's is probably best suited for those with kids who are picky eaters. We went there due to rain and proximity to the hotel...the chicken sandwich was ok, but nothing to write home about. The chili fries were about the same and I didn't even take a picture of the microwave mac n cheese. But, for kids who would cost a fortune to feed around times Square and who probably not appreciate the pricier food, this place is for them.
Shakes were solid, cookies and creme was spot on. Have fountain drinks and Coke products.
I do need to mention the lady at the register, D'onna Jones...the rain drove a lot of people inside, and she was the only one working the counter. Very friendly and efficient. Good job.
