The service and food was wonderful. We were able to be seated quickly despite coming in during lunch. I went there with my 3 kids, and we bought The Chocolate Chip Pancakes, The Popcorn Shrimp, and The Sesame-Encrusted Salmon. All of the food was great, and it was a really amazing experience.
Arrived early for Chicago performance at Carnegie Hall. Decided to grab a quick bite here with 2 classy gals. Nice dimly lit venue with cozy setting. Seated at a comfortable table with leather lounge seats. Ideal for an endless night of wine & good conversation. The salmon had a crunchy crust with
Loved it, went here on a work trip...was seated quickly! Drinks and food are top notch! , service super friendly (I had steven) he was a wonderful top notch waiter who really knew what to recommend! Atmosphere was historic and Xmas time festive! I'll definitely be back with more people, thank you v
Came for brunch but they didn’t have enough breakfast options. Lunch options sound delicious. Had the French toast. It was ok. My son had the steak burger with bacon. Service was above and beyond !
My goodness. Have you ever heard of fast food? Imagine if it was high quality. Everything. Every little thing came out within 5 mins or less yet it was so good, so fresh and all over delivered on my expectations. Our server Joshua was so kind, funny, informative, and straight to the point of what to
We have eaten a number of times at Rue 57 over the years, mostly for breakfast but also a handful of times for lunch. This establishment has been around for over 20 years. The food overall is solid, the french toast is amazing. A great lower key spot to dine out at in Midtown.
Great food, friendly waiter(am i still in NY). Good drinks. Burger perfectly cooked and the Bolognese with mushrooms, YUM.
Lovely place to dine! Tables are separated enough that you don't feel on top of the diners next to you. Everything was clean. Service anticipated our needs and met them promptly. Our food was fresh and a good portion size. There were no leftovers except for the cheesecake, and that was because we w
Great place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. Food was tasty but serving size not as large mentioned by other reviews. Staff was really friendly and helped us have a small birthday celebration.
It’s been a solid place to go for lunches or late nights after shows at Carnegie. Food and service are great, ambience busy but with French charm. Lately the place has become pricey- I’d say too pricey to what’s being offered which is the reason I am going their less frequently. This time, as can be
Great for lunch, dinner, drinks. Wonderful service and atmosphere. Food is great too. We have been coming Rue 57 for several years and it’s always a nice visit.
Very delicious food and super nice staff. Came here twice, once for breakfast, second time for Dinner. Would definitely come again.
Our first visit to NYC and we stumbled upon Rue 57 while waiting for our horse carriage ride through the park. Our waiter Leo was fabulous. He took excellent care of us and made our dining experience all that it should be!! He suggested great food and wine. The kids tried escargot 🐌. We loved it and
We went to Rue 57 as an anniversary for the passing of my partner’s father as this was one of his favourite NY restaurants. It was absolutely packed so booking is a must! The waitress was an absolute diamond and was so helpful and friendly. We had a fantastic meal and it was a really great experienc
We were here for brunch. The food was good not exceptional but a good value. The service was exceptional fast. Almost too fast, we were there for a leisure meal and the food came within minutes. But they didn't rush us and we stayed over coffee for as long as we wanted. It's a big place and somewhat
Had the mushroom soup with truffle oil that was absolutely heavenly. Also, the Chef's Sushi roll and the French Fries were nice and crispy. The perfect side with their incredible burger!
Afternoon lunch before a Broadway matinee. Bustling, airy and loud. The Ruben sandwich couldn't have been better. Dr. Oz was at the adjoining table ..fun place.
