Coffee here is good, staff is fairly motivated, and prices here aren’t that bad compared to other Krispy Kremes considering this is a high traffic area

Whenever I go to Penn station , I always end up buying atleast 6 or a dozen donuts from Krispy Kreme.. my kids just love this .. after having really mediocre donuts from other shops, these donuts have that extra taste .. of course it’s a bit expensive.. it’s kinda ok , once in a while . Convenient
Honestly the best donuts out there! Very light and airy, not too much dough like from Dunkin’ Donuts. Even just the regular glaze hits the spot just perfect. Have to pick up a dozen or two when your there and heats well for next day enjoyment!!
The customer service is excellent,the staff were very courteous. Have a variety of donuts that are on display in a very clean showcase. The donuts are always fresh and moist. My favorite is the glazed donuts 🤣 The little bag can be used for a game of Connect the Dots, especially if you are going on
Awesome Krispy Kreme! Even though it’s underground where the train station is, there is always a large selection of donuts available.
Even if the line looks long, don’t be discouraged - it’s very fast moving. Donuts have always been fresh and it’s a very clean storefront!

Krispy Kreme is great. One of the few in NYC, conveniently located in Penn station. We usually pick up a couple before the train ride home.
