My first visit here was nothing short of great. My friends have been talking about how good Pig N Whistle is as a bar so I finally got a chance to check it out. It's a bar in NYC we stopped to celebrate a 21st birthday. Bought our beers at the beer bar paid toasted and left. Did not see to many Irish staff maybe they were cooking.

Great food friendly atmosphere and attentive waitstaff. Had the chicken pot pie and shepherds pie. Both were very tasty. Simple comforting food.

Absolutely great Irish pub with wide variety menu and great selection of beers. Food was well prepared and and presented. Wait staff very attentive and responsive. Although it looks like a hole-in-the-wall once you get inside it is very cozy and well decorated. Had a good time and very inexpensive.
