Mad Dog & Beans Mexican Cantina - New York City - Photo album

Been to this location twice. Both times had a great experience. The guacamole is a must order for the group. We got the spicy guacamole and it was spicy, but not too spicy. The wings were a generous portion and spicy. Will come back!
When walking towards the financial district we came along this beautiful alley with all of those different cuisines. We sat down and enjoyed the meal. This is what I would call comfort food. The vibe in this alley makes the experience even better.
Loved this! Portions were generous, prices were reasonable, service was friendly and quick. No problem getting a table on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Should note that they will try to upsell at every opportunity.
We celebrated my friend and my birthday at the Mad dog . Got the huge table upstairs, ordered 2-3 tequila tower for starters… many of us wasn’t eat just drink, but we ordered couple of guacamole and chips it was great. A bit pricey, drink wish to be stronger, but no complains we had mad fun there.
Really excellent spot. I ate 2 huge orders of happy hour guacamole (8$ each) which is quite a low price for the neighborhood. Other happy hour specials are worth checking out too
Everything was super delicious. Our waitress was the bomb. I’m super mad I forgot her name. She was informative and her recommendations were popping!
The aesthetic is very nice. The food is pretty good. Portions were pretty good too. The salsa was fresh and really flavorful. Served with some delicious warm chips. Our service was a bit slow and it was loud so not the best place for deep conversations. My margarita was well made. Definitely a good
Chicken chimichanga was delicious. Never had chicken like that before in a Mexican restaurant. Red sangria was good, but nothing special. Service was disappointing though. I had to keep trying to flag down the waitress. The restaurant was probably half full but she never stopped by on her own after
E good was really good, the service was wonderful, and the location was clean and well maintained. The chips were warm and tasted fresh and the variety of salsa was great. They had a couple of Mexican beers in bottle and the margarita on the rocks was good. We enjoyed our visit.
Great place, ate with kids, though no kids dishes, the variety is great and pricing is reasonable Gluten free is great
I’ll have to admit, I was sketchy to try Mexican food in NYC! We were visiting from Texas and we love our Tex-Mex. We had been traveling all day and we were all starving and spotted this place and decided to just go do it. It was between lunch and dinner and we needed food and drinks asap. We dined
A very good mexican restaurant in the stone street. I loved the ambiance of the street where we had our outdoor seating. The cocktail(paloma) that we ordered was extremely well made. The food was extremely delicious and their guacamole side was very fresh. A must visit.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mad Dog Mexican Restaurant located on Pearl Street in the Financial District of Manhattan, and I must say it was a fantastic experience! From start to finish, everything was top-notch and deserving of a 5-star review. The Chips & Salsa appetizer was an absol
Visiting from out of town and wanted some Mexican. This place did not disappoint. Liked it so much I went back two days later. Excellent food!
The place is really nice in the heart of New York city. The guacamole is a must. The ambiance is Mexican and the food is authentic and tasty. Prices are ok.
Visited mad dog on a Friday night, so much fun here ! The frozen margaritas were delicious. I was pretty tipsy after 3 😳 the food was amazing! I ordered the chicken flautas and my bf had the chicken chimichanga. We like his food better. The flautas had potato in it and I wasn't a big fan of the text
