The curtains are closing for this location Starbucks March 1 this is an excellent place to sit down drink coffee mingle it will be closing with no fanfare no party maybe in the future things are changed maybe the CEO of Starbucks will read this and agreed that a celebration should be in the future in the last day of closing for any location of Starbucks for the people that contribute to that community of going there and purchasing coffee I just think it's the right thing to do

Intelligent customer service, brilliant and very talented employees who really mastered their task. Very receptive. Management is great. Coffee is absolutely fine, everything about them is effective. Thumbs up!!

This location is sometimes a pretty quiet place to meet in Manhattan where you don’t have a lot of people swarming all over and where it’s quiet enough to think. Coffee is the same Starbucks coffee as everywhere but it’s kind of a hidden location and sometimes that’s just what you need in busy midtown.

It is great you can count on Starbucks being consistent from location to location. I appreciate the early opening. The store was clean, well attended to, and spacious. This location had wi-fi. However, it does not have any bathrooms.

Great customer service. Came in and the guy behind the counter was singing away. So funny to start my day with hearing this guy sing Michael jackson at 9AM. What a champion. Promote that man!

Edgar is one awesome employee he remembers my name although i have not been to that particular Starbucks for around six months. When i entered he said welcome back Gayle with a big smile he made me feel special. The Service i got from Edgar is satisfactory.

Has free WiFi, tables to sit or stand, and a big selection of coffee ☕. The merchandise it offers are coffee of different flavors and mugs/cups. Has a window that allows you to see into the lobby of the theater next door and other windows to see the people of times square
