Finally satisfied my cravings for the Shackburger. They’re delicious, not dry either, their sauce is good. Tried the Chocolate Peppermint Shake- not too crazy about it. I usually get the Chocolate Oreo- they’re good!! The place is huge with lots of seatings. It is clean and very close to Port Authority. Service was good, instead of standing around waiting for your food, you put your order in and pay; then they give you a number and take it to whatever table you’ve chosen. Always gets crowded there coz food is good and reasonably priced.

Went twice. First time the burgers were not as good. Second time (different trip) they were pretty good. Still think madisons square is better though. However this place is tiny and there is rarely a place to sit, so unless ordering to go I'd say go to a different shake shack

Holly Molly!!! What a burger 🍔 I had 2 of the double shack cheeseburgers, and it was amazing, so tasty full of flavor and somehow the meat was kind of crispy on the outside 😋 must must try if you are in NYC the cheese fries 🍟 delicious my daughter had the chicken and sandwich 🥪 and she loved it! And not to mention they serve beers! You can't go wrong with this joint.

Good shake stack (mushroom & patty) burger, with good balance of veges & meat, whereas the double smoke stack was too meaty, salty & messy to eat.

Great burger, great hot dog, great bacon, great fries,great custard, possibly the best burger in town. avoid lunch time if you can’t stand huge lines.

Noisy. Crowded. Did I mention loud?. But hey, it's Broadway, get over it. Burger was OK. Fries were a disappointment, no better than the frozen supermarket kind. The chocolate milkshake, however, was killer. Would I go to Shake Shack again? I live in LA, where we have In-and-Out. What do you think?

Actually the best fast food burgers I've ever had! Smash patties that taste like real meat smash patties! Burgers done right. Tried the burbourn and fried onion burger and it was tasty as heck!

The Theater District branch of Shake Shack. Usual good quality burgers and custard. Tried the veggie burger for the first time, very good.

Burgers are delicious, they only had one or two drinks available on the menu. Place is very busy, seating is usually all full and it does take a bit of time for orders to come out. But the food makes up for it.

I love shake shake in the UK but the shake shake in the US is much better. The menu had a wider variety of options too. The food was really nice and the prices weren’t bad at all. Would recommend if you like fast food.
