Souvlaki Gr Midtown - New York City - Photo album

Good and nice! It’s close to Carnegie Hall and you can stop by here after concerts. You can have typical Greek cuisine here. I took the rest of my food home and had the next day, it was also nice. See you.
Walked in to this traditional and busy travera without a reservation and managed to be promptly seated. The dishes are authentic and flavorful, and the waitstaff is vigilant. Bonus, reasonably priced relative to nearby restaurants.
Very good for an easy weekend lunch. I visited yesterday with a friend and for both of us with wine the total before tip was $144. Food portions were enough and were freshly prepared. Staff friendly and service overall good. Would return.
I had a great experience here with friends after walking around midtown. The decor was very cool. We felt like we were in a mom-and-pops restaurant in Mykonos. The food is good but nothing special. Portions are large and price is fair. We started with 3 dips - the spicy feta (ok), eggplant (ok), and
Finding a good spot to eat in midtown is always challenging. This awesome restaurant truly transports you to Greece! I absolutely loved the style and decor. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Definitely more of an upscale option - the quality was better than expected! As always, make su
Met up with a friend for a quick bite before a show. Arrived before the rush and was able to grab a table, although people moved through at a good pace. The tables were small and setup like you were in Europe, which was a little fun but challenging if you needed to get up. The service was great, fro
We were trying to get a snack in the afternoon and found this place near our hotel. There was initially a little confusion about carry out and an order mistake. They immediately fixed their mistake. And the food was unexpectedly incredible. Like ridiculously good. The pita, chicken kebabs and chick
Good food for the price, the salad and octopus were very tasty and multiple options to share. every dish came with a lot of pita bread (maybe even too much), the eggplant dip was just fine.
i don't know if there is a better restaurant in Manhattan. the lamb chops are the best. for two years i eat here around once per week and the food is so consistently great fresh ingredients and always delicious. seriously about the lamb chops.
This little place was an awesome surprise We had greek fries, moussaka, a seafood dish with octopus, calamari, and shrimp, and kebab The moussaka was heavenly, and the greek fries are surprisingly good! Everything was very good, but these two stood out for me Baklava for dessert hit the spot, but
I loved everything about eating at Souvlaki! It had been way too long since I had eaten authentic Greek food and this place was excellent! Five 🌟 and we'll be back!
The food tasted just like we were back in Greece! We stopped in with only 50 minutes before we had to leave for our tour and made it out on time thanks to excellent service. We had the hummus, chicken souvlaki chicken pita wraps, and of course the loukoumades. Both of my children agree, this was lik
Very busy and rowdy on a friday night. Sauce on the SGR souvlaki pita is good, though it could have had a bit more of it.
We’re on our trip to NYC. It was a hot day and we got back from the Pride parade. After resting I advocated for Greek food for dinner. Souvlaki GR looked yummy so we decided to give it a shot. I ordered the moussaka. Huge portion but very tasty. It’s best if you order one for two people to share. My
