Standard store of the chain, carrying their full selection of products. Everything is freshly prepared and the quality is high as per Pret a Manger's standards. Staff is nice and friendly, and there's rarely too long a wait. Bathrooms are okay.

The food is very good here and reasonably priced. Sometimes I find the employees to be a bit inattentive, but hey, ultimately it is just a fast food place. Bottom line is good food fast and at decent prices.
Decent space / not cramped; free wifi and good food - we got a chicken burrito, southwestern breakfast wraps and an egg sausage brioche. Thankful to have had the opportunity to eat here!
My favorite place in the city. Sometimes it's service other is selection. For the most part everything is fresh daily and the fed to the homeless when you don't buy it. This place is honorable.
Love the falafel wrap as a vegetarian. Good all around options and a pleasant interior styling. Not too pricey and a step up from most fast food
Balsamic chicken and avocado sandwich was delicious. Pineapples with lime juice, refreshing. Their ginger beer (no alcohol) is the best full flavor ginger soda!
I am a big fan: around 1000 lunch later - still like it! They have everything for lunch: soups, cold and hot sandwiches.
No wonder they are growing.

As I sit here, I'm listening to the staff talking with customers. They are so pleasant and welcoming to everyone that walks in. That's refreshing in this day and time. Kudos!
